Wouldn’t see me for a workers comp injury without a case number. I asked why this wasn’t stated when I booked the appointment, I don’t have a case number. I told the receptionist when booking the appointment this was related to a workers comp claim, and she said I would just need to tell them it’s part of the workers comp claim. The receptionist at the appointment said “they just assumed I would have the case number”. I asked her to call my insurance, and she said they wouldn’t have it, and I can try calling my job. My job said they shouldn’t need that, they don’t get the case

If you have a 1pm appointment don't bother showing up early they are either in between shift changes or one is on lunch and the other lady in the office doesn't pay attention to the check in window at all. It wouldn't bug me so much if they didn't have the cancelation/missed appointments policies that they do. They also booked the "pool" therapy back to back one day and made it my problem that I had to rush through my exercises. You are also usually passed off to another person with a patient already and get treated like an after thought a lot.

The staff are very friendly and caring, and are really good at explaining every exercise so you are doing them correctly and efficiently. I have had pain for many years now and with the help of Vancouver Rehabilitation I am able to manage it better so it is easier to live with. Thank you to all the great staff!!

If it were possible I'd give a 0 stars rateing. I went here for Aquatic Physical Therapy. Their therapy pool is only a hot tub which isn't a good pool for thoracic spine therapy. The Medicare copay is more expensive here than at any other Physical Therapy place I've been to to date. The therapist didn't care if their physical therapy causes increased pain. At first appt the Physical Therapist didn't listen and in my opinion acted like she didn't know physical therapy. She had to work off cheat sheets like she didn't even know her job. I contacted the owner Dean who promised it would be corrected

Wonderful therapist but had a horrible memory with an in personable receptionist whom made my experience at this location ever changing with her un professionalism, rude, loud, and heartless words. I had hope in humanity till this lady happened. I was in tears after contact with her and ended services right after! No one deserves to be treated badly and the scheduling was horrible. Never again will I attend this location nor recommend anyone here.

My Primary Care Physician referred me to Dr Dean Barrus at this clinic, because I have neck stiffness that is linked to arthritis and degenerated neck discs (after spending 50 years of computer screen staring). Seen no one by the name of Dean Barrus at the clinic. Was assigned to Physical Therapist Jessica. She in turn delegated my treatment to assistants in two out of my four visits to the clinic. None of the people who treated me asked to see the X-Ray of my neck, to determine which Gym exercises or neck manipulations are appropriate. Ended up with more neck pain and stiffness than when I started

The therapy wasn't bad. However, I missed one appointment, then they called to tell me that I automatically had to miss the next one, as a result, because "I have to make up the gym day, first." Then, I call to make the appointment, to make it up and am told I had 2 no shows, in a row and have to pay $35, before I can get another appointment.
If you really need therapy, go elsewhere. Unfortunately, some people's insurance aren't going to give them a choice.
