I had such high hopes for this hotel based off of the location. The front desk girl was so rude, (not the day time girl the night time girl) I called her to tell her that random people were knocking on my door and she said "well a basketball team is staying on your floor if you wanna complain management will be here In the morning." The carpet was disgusting and there were marks all over the walls like covering up holes. If you are going to buy a hotel at-least clean it up and do things right. I've never been so upset about spending $74 in my life. Do NOT STAY HERE. Motel 6 would

Well this review is much like the others here, unfortunately I didn't check this before making reservations here, so I am going to add my absolutely repulsive pics and tell you to stay away from this place if possible! The room I was given smelled like urine, and had not been deep cleaned for a very very long time, maybe not ever. Now the first day I was there I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. I knew this place wasn't the Ritz Carlton, and I didn't need it to be, but I had to clean and disinfect the entire room myself, after four nights I realized I needed to stay

I am highly disappointed in my current stay.It began with the reservation I made a week prior to my stay that I confirmed and let them know I would not be checking in until 6 or 7 pm being cancelled but luckily they did have a room for around same price it was reserved for
When we went it just go look at the room after seeing the sign that stated they were a non smoking room and if you smoke in the room it's a 250.00 fee
The room was horribly smelling of cigarette smell but with some air freshener it helped a little
Well onto the fact that the room had NO LIGHTBULBS and WE had to go to

My friends and I were on a road trip from Texas to California and we decided to stop in Phoenix for the night. I had made an earlier reservation through Booking.com so we were ready to check in as soon as we got there hoping our room was ready. Unfortunately though we could not get a room without having to wait a couple more hours due to there only being one maid and a bunch of people already waiting. The lady at the front desk who's name is Heather (friends call her H2 ;)) was super helpful and understanding. She did her very best to accommodate us even saying that she'd cancel the reservation

You definitely get the cheep room you pay for! First room looked at, had hypodermic needles just lying on the bed. Pass. Next room was drug paraphernalia free, but upon moving the bed a little you can see how dirty the carpets were, like they had never been cleaned. To get towels you have to exchange your used ones at the front office. Most of the guests there are nice. The daily entertainment is watching the police come for various reasons..
The maintenance guy Johnny and H2 in the office were awesome.

So after being denied our room at the Days Inn down the road we called Extend A Suites to see if they had a room available to us Greg at the front desk informed us there was one room left it was 12 am and we were leaving at 7 am that morning so we decided to stay. once we got to the hotel Greg checked us in and was pretty friendly. They offer for you to see the room before you pay and i would recommend you do. Once we got to the room it was definitely below our standards however we were only sleeping here for the night and it was fine for just that. The bed was comfortable, rooms definitely need

Upon getting to the hotel first looks it seemed very decent and definitely nicer than the other hotels we had stayedat prior. When going into the office to check in, one of the staff H2, was working that evening and she was just great, seemed very upbeat, very helpful but she let us go and check out our room before making any final decisions. The room was clean it didnt smell and seemed to be in decent condition. Would recommend anyone to stay here especially for the price.

If you're looking to getaway to sunny Phoenix, AZ, and this hotel shows up in your search- RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! The representative pictures on their website are completely false, as nowhere in this place is there anything clean and new. The floors are heaving, the electrical sockets hang outside the walls and most don't even work, the plumbing is about 100 years old and the heaters/AC do not work really all that well. Garbage is piled up around the receptacles as they obviously haven't been emptied in many moons. Adding to this, my "non-smoking room" smelled like

RUN!!!!!!!! Don't even THINK about staying here!! We checked in at 8:20am due to an emergency & thought ourselves lucky to be able to ck in so early. They had a clean room available & we had hoped to get some much needed sleep. FOR NINE SOLID HOURS THE 2-3 YOUNG children in the room next to ours were EITHER SCREAMING, CRYING & pitching temper tantrums, or banging, clanging, & squealing, playing chase in the room. Mom was joining in the fun. At 5:30 pm, we couldn't take it anymore & packed our vehicle & went to the desk to ck out! The three women at the front
