I hope the manager/owner sees this... i understand you are renovating the rooms... the room was nice, but it was not finished! The night stands and the desk did not have a "top." The light in the closet kept coming on (even with the door fully closed). The exhaust fan in the bathroom kept cycling on (i shut the door and that seemed to help). There was no place in the bathroom to hang a towel. The sink stand in there was incomplete. The check in staff was pleasant :)

My stay here was for 13 days in a king suite. The hotel is currently going through renovations and although my room was not one of the updated rooms, the space felt clean and comfortable. I loved having the separate living and sleeping rooms, the kitchen was perfect for my needs even without an oven; I'm not that big of a cook anyway. Plus the area overall has so many options for dine in or take out with many grocery stores and delis available. I really loved that although we were in the midst of a very busy commercial district, the courtyard with pool, hot tub, and putting green was quaint and

The staff are extremely friendly. The cleaning staff are attentive and clean like ninjas. Really fast and thorough ninjas. They’ve done upgrades to the rooms that are beautiful. The pool area is also rather nice. We will for sure stay here again! Thank you for all that you do.

Stayed for an event and it's a good value with an updated room and decent price. As of 12-3-21, they're in the middle of renovations that should be beautiful once completed. Our updated room with new everything was great as it had a nice TV, safe, fridge, new comfortable king sized bed and great bedding, coffee maker, free parking, great hot shower, etc. Some quirks are the room layout, no soap dish inside the shower, no towel bars (just back of door), no toilet roll holder, and a missing shelf under the sink. The hot tub was steadily used and the pool was not heated. For the price this was a great

Road tripped through AZ and stayed at both 3 Palms locations. Loved both but this one is almost finished with remodel and the new rooms are fantastic. We can't wait to come back to Tucson and stay here again. Loved the pool area and very clean

Comfortable beds, stayed in a room that needed some updating. Saw them doing work so maybe my next time in town we'll see what the changes look like. Have stayed twice with this property with no major complaints

A great hotel at a great price! The suites are brand new with an incredible bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great. Paid for one night, ended up adding another because we liked it so much! Highly recommend.

First time we stayed the heavy unattached closet door hit my daughter in the head. Management didn't care much tho. My parents came to visit and we booked here again thought we'd give them another chance. First we paid for a 2 queen bed but they got only 1 bed. Then the room was so dirty when we put towels down they were brown the floor was sticky. There was roaches. Says pet friendly but made us pay an extra fee and at checkout after putting this review on hotels.com they told my parents they wouldn't rent them another room as the dog hair was everywhere. Like we paid $45 extra

Finally a nice clean hotel at a reasonable price with great customer service. The front desk person Katt was very helpful with all of our questions. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Will be staying here again in the future!

This was a nice place to stay but the walls were very thin. Other than that it was great. It was an older facility. Nice pool.

Supposedly a 3 star hotel but definitely more like a 2.5 stars at best. Room was older and although remodeled, still falling apart in certain places like some chipping paint at door jambs and carpet looks super gross and dirty (I had to constantly tell my kids to keep their flip flops on). Bathtub was also kind of a bit dingy. No hairs but some rust at corners and at the faucet. My older child noticed the sink faucet has a slow leak when turned on, so we made sure to turn off fully so it'll not leak while we're not using the water. This hotel has no water fountain or dispenser or filter

I've never been to Arizona. I'm a Cali girl. I was scared coming to Tucson for the first time. I didn't know what my hotel was going to be like nor the job interviews and house hunting. This place does not disappoint. The rooms are super cute and exceptionally clean. The staff is so incredibly accommodating and customer service oriented. If I ever need to stay at a hotel in Tucson again, this is my place. Special shout out to Esperanza! She was extra helpful during my stay! Thank you everyone here at 3 Palms!

This is a 5-Star based on what you pay. I've stayed EVERYWHERE in Tucson including the Omni, Hacienda del Sol, and the Westin to name a few. Yes, all of those hotels are better than the 3 Palms, but the 3 Palms is at least 50% less. This is THE best value in the Tucson area and the neighborhood is high end. What could be improved: a) the powdered eggs for breakfast. Look, I know at this price I don't get salmon eggs benny, but some oatmeal packets could be a good compromise and still keep NOI up; b) my 2002 AOL dial up internet was faster than here.

My fiancé and i visited here about 4 months ago and it was a pretty decent hotel however The floors in the rooms were filthy and the eggs were watery as heck. They didn't even try to control the amount of people in the pool either.

Fantastic spot. Extremely clean room and great property with a nice courtyard and pool. Our son loved the putting green and the complimentary hot breakfast was excellent. For the price this place can't be beat. We will be back next time we are in Tucson as we have never gotten a better night sleep on the very comfortable beds.

The hotel itself was fine but they are not an environmentally conscious Tucson business. I let them know about this problem with dumping cement around a tree because it will kill the tree. More cement was dumped after I made them aware. Not good Tucson citizens.

We're locals who's ac went out. We were just looking for a place to sleep with ac for one night. It's pretty sad how run down this hotel has gotten. Obviously they're under some kind of renovation but there's no excuse for the dirty room we were given. The carpet wasn't vacuumed, stains all over, and there's more hair in the bathroom than in my own at home. The tweaker in the parking lot at 6am didn't help.
I understand old, remodeling and the need to do so. I don't understand why housekeeping isn't doing room inspections or why the grounds aren

Pictures made it look really nice- selective angles of pool area. Front of motel rough, as was clientele. Drunk ones driving through parking lot yelling when we arrived. I have a nice car and did not rest easy out of concern re the parking lot.

Decor very odd and dated. Lighting very harsh. Only two flat pillows on a king bed for 2 people.

Breakfast was...interesting. Eggs were chewy and seemed fake. Only one working side of toaster which really created a jagernaut of people. French toast appeared fossilized and permanently fused to chafing dish.

For almost 80 bucks I didn't expect yet

DO NOT STAY IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!
I have to take my pillow with me anytime I stay at a hotel cause my back and shoulders are messed up. Well the housekeeping staff stole my $150 memory foam pills and proceeded to tell me they are not liable. They won't refund me my money cause they stole my pillow. Everyone has an attitude too cause it took me two days to finally get someone after calling multiple times.

A lovely little hotel. We got a nice room - Queen one bed. Clean, air conditioning worked well and wasn't too cold, spacious bathroom, mini kitchen, tv. I only swam in the jacuzzi. They have free breakfast and great choices for it.
Only downsides were that the bed wasn't the comfiest, and there were only two pillows that sort of sink in.

This hotel is old, worn out, and dirty. We checked in and checked out the same day due to the filth and the fact that there was a huge cockroach in our room.

When we first checked in, we were given a room on the first floor where the front door was warped and didn't shut all the way. We were also next to a room that had a dog that barked every time there was a creek in the floor. Due to the door we asked to switch rooms and they put us in a room on the third floor as we feared bugs would get in.

The third floor room was filthy and the phone didn't work. The couch and carpet had stains

Booked a room at 7pm & we checked in a couple hours after that. They have ample parking spaces. We checked in late at night yet we were able to find a parking spot near our room with no problem.

We were able to snag an awesome deal & got upgraded to the king suite for free, probably by accident. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The facility is well kept & tidy which I loved. They also offer a complimentary breakfast--eggs, sausages, waffles, tater tots, etc. on weekdays from 6a to 9a. Probably one of the better breakfasts I've had while staying at a hotel.
