I signed my son up first and after witnessing him grow not only in his technique, but his confidence and strength, I decided to sign up. I am a cancer survivor and Sensei Michael helps push me while having fun. He is super supportive and has an awesome teaching technique that I highly recommend. The members of my class have become some of my closest friends.

Wow wow wow... what an epic journey! Mark is a uniquely intuitive, wise and gifted coach- his work has enabled me to understand and change my patterns with such power and ease. Mark was put on this earth to help people heal and find their true purpose. He has a variety of techniques that he works with in order to connect to his clients both on an intuitive and on a spiritual level. Mark has the gift to really feel and read a problem or negative belief you might have and then work with you to make those changes longterm.
The sessions are very powerful, direct and personal. Mark is able to hold the space in which you can feel completely safe, to be able to share and work with yourself on a deeper level.

Mark at the Hero's academy is the real deal. I started to look into the best life coaches in London, but as soon as I read Mark's website I knew instantly that the hero's academy was the right fit. And it's proven to be one of the best decisions I've made. Mark doesn't BS, its just straight to the point powerful methods that get you to where you want to be.
