Our services include: personal training, walking programs, exercise solutions, and beauty services on a sliding fee scale to disadvantaged individuals affected by autism spectrum disorders (ASD), attention deficit hyper activity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, and other cognitive and neurological conditions.Fees are based on HUD income guidelines.

Apt Fitness, Inc., is a Florida not for profit corporation designated by IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Apt Fitness, Inc., was founded by a high functioning autist who recognized disparity in employment practices, service at service industry destinations, and stereotypes by those less informed regarding autists.
Autists are notorious picky eaters. Their senses are amplified. Food experiences for them may be quite different than for non autists. Some are sensitive to the taste of chlorophyll. Others are sensitive to textures. It is difficult to accommodate such eating preferences. Apt Fitness, Inc., can assist you with locating dietitians, nutritionists, physicians, recipes, and more.
These individuals / organizations have donated time, money, product / equipment and/or reources to Apt Fitness, Inc., or to the founder. If you are a service provider and would like to be included in our network, please submit all requests via email. Upon review of your information, we will contact you to schedule an in person meeting to learn how our clients would benefit from your services.
Personal training and barre instruction rates as well as cancellation policy are subject to change without notice. All sessions must be prepaid via cash, money order, or PayPal at the time of scheduling. Cancellations of less than one week result in forfeiture of prepaid session regardless of personal training, barre, yoga, meditation, chakra readings, or consultation.
We offer traditional hand applied makeup artistry, airbrush makeup artistry, high definition makeup artistry, wedding, portfolios, boudoir, casual, commercial, print, fashion, glamour, portrait, head shots, fairy tales, and other genres of art and photography. We offer makeup artistry, photography, model coaching, and custom skincare from all natural ingredients.
