This place is no Country or Chalet...it should be renamed Mickey Mouse...these apartments have a rodent problem. I lived on the first floor and killed at least 6 mice. I called management several times. They supposedly sent an exterminator/maintenance man out to my apartment but still I saw mice. There always seems to be outstanding balances and charges on your rental account even where there should be none. Horrible place doesn't deserve one star.

Giving it 1 start is allot. It is one the worst places to move into. DO NOT move here. Save yourself your sanity, livelihood and your dignity. This place smells like weed, a constant smell of dirty " behind" in the hallways. And they say they spray for insects they dont. Your neighbors are ratchet, and disgustingly dirty. Even worse the people who live in the next apartment complex are loud every day and night. loud music at night. And supposedly they tow illegal parked cars, they dont. Visitors park anywhere and again they are not towed. Again the rent is cheap dont be swayed. stay away. Run.

Good location. All in all, for apartment living this is as good as you will find for the money in northern Lake County. Our neighbors, black, white, hispanic, etc. (and our pets!) get along well. The buildings feel kind of old but are in fair shape and since we moved in in the first quarter of 2018 we haven't seen any crime in the neighborhood. What you need to know up front is that in addition to rent, you will be paying for everyone's heat and water. A third-party company divvies up the water, sewer, trash and gas cost and then bills you for your portion based on number of bedrooms. Considering

I am embarrassed to say that I have lived here for 4 years ONLY BECAUSE IM TO OLD, LAZY and just too TIRED to move again. However, I DO NOT recommend moving here. The buildings are old and need updating. Management are inexperience and unprofessional, they seem to be more concerned about where you park your car than making repairs. You pay for heat that you don't control. The rent is high and there are no amenities.

In one of the storms, the living room roof collasped. didnt get fixed ever (six months later i moved out) i lived there almost 3 years and never got a mirror they promised either. every other month, they stated i was at a 0 balance and then all of a sudden i owed more than $100. after paying rent and water on the first. Never got calls back. Never got a hole fixed in the apartment. never got the doors fixed either. during the winter they never shoveled! it was icy all the time. i still till this day have not gotten a call about any mail i would of still gotten and i continue to call and they do

The worst place to live they are good charging and collecting the money. I called I reported several times that my tub have problems and is nasty the paint is coming out the plumbing need to be change and every month they say they are going to come and nothing a lot of excuses. At the top of that the laundry is nasty the washer are broken doesn't rinse you waste the money you have to put the loads several times and you end taking the clothes out and finish manually the dryer don't work neither the halls smell worst that a getto motel. This place is the worst place to live I would highly suggest do not move in here and if you do live here it's definitely worth breaking the lease I have been here not even a full year there are four washers and only one works they are well aware of the situation one of them is full of water and reeks of mold and mildew it stinks really bad also my mailbox has been broken for almost a full year they claim they fixed it when all they did was hammer it so that it fits in there properly most importantly good luck with the management occasionally I will get packages delivered and they go straight to
