If you have children DO NOT move here. This is the most prejudice place I have ever lived in and I came from 36th and 45th so people know. Kids can not play here at all. I let my kids observe a pond here trying to teach them about frogs from eggs to tadpoles to frogs and I was told they can not be there but the seniors can sit and chill by the pond Do not come here if you have kids the rules are so messed up. I am very serious.
