Idaho Premiere

I'm a tenant of premier. I have never had any issues dealing with this company. As a tenant, I'm very happy that the owner of the property I'm renting, hired them. I'm praying that they will have a property available when we're ready to move to Boise/meridian as I don't want to deal with another company. I had to write this review based on a half decade or so of renting my current home, with recent years via Idaho Premiere Property Management, but also coming from the perspective of renting in the highest growth area of one of the fastest growing cities in the country... I add the perspective, here, that I do not come from Boise, and my previous renting/PM engagements have been in both MUCH larger, AND much smaller cities.

I rented one of the properties they managed for a couple years and they were always extremely responsive whenever there were any issues with the property, and they were always super easy to deal with.

This is a first-class business! I have used their services to manage my two properties for the last 4+years and they have always done an excellent job in a professional way. Their rates are very reasonable and are always very helpful with any management issues. Run by Ms. Stans, a top-notch manager who is well informed and always happy to assist.

Hands down the MOST amazing property management company. I would highly HIGHLY suggest doing business here.

Horrible company to work with. I would suggest NEVER using their services for anything. Renting or property management.
