I was falsely arrested for DUI when another person was driving the vehicle. I immediately met with Daryl and hired him for my defense. I figured this to be an open shut case and soon found out that we were at the mercy of the individuals who were trying to convict me. The cases with the County and DMV took over 1 year due to the circumstances.
