I give this place 4 stars. I went back and forth on this one place. Family run business with knowledgeable and helpful folks. I had to look at myself tho, I couldn't just blame them for things that I thought of after the fact. So in the end, if you are interested in buying a used German vehicle know that labor costs and parts are exceptionally high. I kept hearing this but it didn't sink in until I had to pay. So if interested in the PPI (pre-purchase inspection) try to ask all the questions you can up front, so that you can leave with a complete repair assessment estimate, feeling confident, no

The owner himself, Tom, is right there hands on and went over the problems and repairs done on my 2003 mini cooper personally. The car was in and out no lagging. They don't use after market parts which i respect them telling me. Their admin staff ìs professional and super friendly. Honest, trustworthy, and genuine service. Totally worth a tiny bit extra cost.
