The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. Our spacious 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens and baths, central heat and AC and beautiful views.
Each building has its own laundry facilities. Children can play in our playground and well maintained grounds. A Head Start program as well as an Adult Learning Center are located on premises. I lived here for 3 years and I must say it was the worst 3 years of my life. I never felt comfortable in my own home. Harassment everyday just to get to my house , harassment from the security guards. I wouldn't recommend A DOG to love in this penitentiary. The management is terrible as well. Nothing ever gets fixed when you need it fixed. I am so glad I got out of that complex
