Belmont Ridge Apartments

The reason for this low rating was manufactured in full by the exit process of this apartment by two people ....DANA(unsure of last name ) who was one of the on site employees I communicated with during the exit process and MATTHEW OBERKOFLER who was the off site property manager.
I was there in excess of 4 years and was late (1) time with my rent payment due to simply being forgetful (totally my fault).
I paid in excess of $1,000 for a tiny 1 bedroom apartment with 2 small dogs , but, i paid it because the location was good and it was quiet and had a dog park.

I loved this place for sure. There may have been some little issues I had with the town and location, but this was far and away the best property management group I could’ve asked for. The property had very few problems, and I’ll admit that I’m overly picky about minor things. But you’d put in a work order and they would be there first thing in the morning. My place before that (Lobos) would take a month.
The folks at the front office were nice from day one and incredibly respectful, the clubhouse is nice up there. I used the gym a few times.

I had a great experience living here for a little over a year. The staff are very responsive and helpful. The community is nice with wonderful amenities. When it comes to renting in Monroeville, everybody should give Belmont Ridge a look.

Absolutely wonderful experience renting with Belmont Ridge Apartments. Kait was great when it came to answering all of my questions and was on top of providing helping me with any issues that would arise. Grounds were always kept clean and never had to complain about the noise around me.

Moved to a two bedroom apartment at Belmont Ridge in the last month. The unit was newly renovated, featured stainless steel appliances, all new carpeting and hardwood floors, and light fixtures, along with fresh paint. Work orders were placed for small things, and were all fulfilled within a day. The complex is safe, the neighbors are pleasant, and the amenities offered are great for the area. If you want a nice place to live with easy access to the parkway, this is it.

I had frozen pipes in my apartment. I had much damage to my personal things. The manager who occasionally shows up never even bothered to help me in any way.
She is rude and very sneaky on handling things. Maintenance is terrible as well.

Lovely, well maintained apartments and grounds. Very clean, very quiet. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Requested multiple visit by maintenance for small items and upgrades, all done quickly and well. Pleasant walking areas, clean gym and pool. Great place! Very happy to have chosen this complex after selling my home.

We have been having an oder issue from the plumbing. Maintenance has been out numerous times to fix the problem. Belmont keeps prolonging the problem. Nobody should pay rent and have a serious sewage smell in their apartment that comes and goes. Hire a PROFESSIONAL and get it done immediately!
