At 5 Minute Fitness Gym, we have a very comprehensive approach to personal training. Rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset, we take the time to learn about you - your long- and short-term goals as well as your current fitness, health, and nutritional habits. Running on the treadmill, working out on the elliptical machine, and lifting weights can get old fast.
It is always a good idea to change up your workout routine or take a lesson. When your body gets used to an exercise, your muscles are no longer being challenged. Each day of the week there are different workouts provided on the tvs to keep your workouts new and refreshing. Options for other classes or one on one options are available in Boxing, Taekwondo and more.

Arguably the most well-known martial art in the world, Tae Kwon Do is a striking based fighting style that does not include grappling in its training. Relying on keen focus and a firm center of gravity, Tae Kwon Do teaches you how to strike correctly but more importantly that you must understand the reason behind your strike.
Being able to workout is integral to a healthy life, but there are some places that make this difficult be-cause they have atmospheres that are not conducive to learning and growing. With this in mind, 5 Minute Fitness Gym was created so that all the people of Saint Paul could find a place to improve themselves.

You aren't just another number at this gym which is one of the main reasons I commute from Minneapolis to St. Paul to come here. Greg not only runs his business well but he cares about each and every one of his members. His personal training sessions will push you to your limits where you feel great after the workout.
The group blast class on Saturdays have been great to get the "family" together on Saturdays. I would recommend this gym to anyone of any age. Stop by for yourself!

5 Minute Fitness is exactly what I was looking for in a gym. I used to go to LA Fitness and I would get there and just be overwhelmed because I didn't really have a routine and it was so busy it was hard to find open equipment.
At 5 Minute Fitness you never have to wait for equipment, and you don't have to plan in advance because the workout is ready for you when you get there - just following along to the circuit routine on the TVs.
Pros:
- The owner, Greg, is really nice and helps create a good community at the gym. He always introduces everyone so you know everyone there.
- It's clean. They
