My experience at Beck's was great!!! I love the shop and I will most likely make it my main place for repair. I had a bad sliding door on my van. They got me in and out quick and they kept me informed along the way. Scott at the front counter was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Beck's Auto for automotive maintenance!!!!

An honest auto shop! I am always cautious as a woman going into places to have my vehicle worked on. The gentlemen here helped me get in right away via the phone, explained I may need to wait a bit in the lobby seeing I called last minute, but was still more than willing to help. By the end I felt like my own father was taking care of me and my car. I will certainly be back! To all the ladies out there who have been taken advantage of or at least had others attempt to, I would encourage you to go here.

These guys are just the greatest. I have two older cars and they need repairs fairly often. We've been taking them here for years. They always fit us in within a reasonable time period. Their rates are competitive and they send us coupons in the mail pretty regularly. I think more than anything, we like them because we feel they're honest and fair with us. I'd totally recommend them.

Since I moved to the area 3 years ago, I've come to rely on Beck's for speedy, speedy service, no matter the issue. Twice in the past year (my latest turned out to be nothing more than a faulty battery), I was able to get my Trailblazer to the garage after hours and simply complete a convenient paper request-for-service found on the door, with a dropbox for the key. I received a call the next morning before they did any work, and then again when their work was completed. The convenience is ideal. I'm a bit put-off by the labor cost at times, but I think that's an industry-wide

Becks has always done us right. We've used them for our company and personal vehicles for many years for all our maintenance and repairs.
They do nice work, I trust them and they're all around good guys. They've been nothing but nice to me. One time as I was picking up my vehicle, an employee ran to catch me before I left. He gave his condolences because, he heard that a family member passed. It felt sincere and I appreciated the gesture.
The only issue I've had (out of dozens of visits with multiple vehicles) is one time I dropped my car off overnight during an ice storm

I had my car towed in because it wouldn't start. Ray, the owner, seemed extremely nice and helpful. I was told I would receive a call when they had more information. I took a cab to work.
About five hours later, nobody had called so I called asking for an update. I was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle and that it had started up just fine. They also told me they had scanned the computer for codes and that they didn't find anything. I was frustrated at this point because there seemed to be something wrong with it, but hoping it was a freak one-time thing I picked my car up
