Today, Wednesday 25th, I checked out the reviews for BB Salon and decided to call and see if they could fit me in. I got better results than I had asked for or expected. I have been to many salons since I moved from New York 9 years ago and I rarely get what I ask for. Diana did my highlights, roots and a trim.
She listened to what I requested and needed for my hair. I was so happy with my hair that I literally cried! This was the first time in my life that I ever cried for joy over my hair! I looked younger and more vibrant! She did a magnificent job with the highlights, roots and trim. I highly recommend Diana Ramsay.

They were absolutely amazing and super sweet and professional. When I can in today my hair had so many digest tones of red and brown from box die and they completely saved my hair and gave me a beautiful dark brown with gorgeous highlight I recommend them highly! Absolutely love them.

I went in to get highlights done, and I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized how bad of a job she did. My hair was completely fried, and the front strands started to break off. Not only that, but the amount I paid for “highlights” was insane. Please save your hair, money, and time.

For my first time ever i came here to get a perm. Diana gave me no instructions on how to care for my hair so i went home and washed it without knowing that i was supposed to wait 72 hours. i called Diana to let her know and she said she would fix it for free so I went back and she cut my hair the total opposite of how i asked her to cut it and both sides of my head looked way different and the curls only lasted for 30 minutes then went back to straight & after telling me she would fix it for free she charged me $80. Definitely do not recommend coming here for a hair cut or a perm!

Diana is amazing! She always listens to what I want but will be honest with me if she thinks we should go in a different direction. Love how my recent color and cut turned out. She is a genius when it comes to color!

Went here to trim my two sons and daughter’s hair. She cut my youngest son in 3 different places and made him cry, pulled my daughters hair and cut more than we specified and she still had the audacity to charge $93. I usually pay $13 per child at the regular place. This is what happens when you want to try a new place that looks nice. Very disappointed. Be careful. Maybe she specializes in other areas definitely not happy. I didn’t want to look or be rude but she could have charged less due to her mistakes.

They took me within an hour of me calling for an appointment. They have great reviews and I haven’t had a hair cut in over a year since moving to the area. Dianna did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted and accomplished just that. They were so friendly and complimentary. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

The best hair care I've received ever. The best result and I loved how I look. Diana knew exactly what I wanted she even make it better, my hair looks beautiful and the shine to it is awesome. Took care of me as well, very welcoming and helpful. I'm definitely going back and will recommend to go. My family and friends will definitely be going.
