Very unprofessional. I had my hair done here almost a year ago and the results were horrifying, nothing like the reference picture I had showed her. Jenna was recommended to me by a friend who said she was an amazing color correction specialist so I trusted she knew what she was doing. I wanted a light-ashy blonde ombre and I left with dark orange leopard spotty hair with extremely grey highlights on top (My mom left a review with the expectation vs. reality pictures right after it was done). My friend just recently had her hair done here as well and it was so awful she had to go to another salon
