The mission of Bright Stars Child Care and Preschool is to provide safe, affordable, high quality child care for the children in our care. Our focus is to provide a stimulating early care and education experience which promotes each child's social/emotional, physical and cognitive development. I just found out from somebody that worked there that they Truly neglect the children there. When they have to use the restroom they don’t take them. When they ask for water they don’t give it to them. They give some kids more food and others. And that one of The teachers actually hit a kid. I ask the Hispanic girl why she did not report them for this neglect and she said she didn’t know how to do it. So I am doing it now I called Arapahoe county on them and will continue to call until there is a investigation on them . This lady begged me not to send my daughter to that daycare honestly

I absolutely love this daycare and highly recommend it........they have always been super understanding with me. Even with this pandmic going one and them not having as many teachers as they did in the beginning they are still super professional and stayed opened. They where very understandable when i found out my little one is allergic to cows milk and almound milk and just give water now which my kiddo loves water anyways. Bright stars is a wonderful place for children they work with you and they understand your needs ,there by the book and you cant make everyone happy but they make me happy I would recommend this daycare because the hours are great and they really care about the kids .if you do right and do for your kids .

I would like to say that bright stars are wonderful, and they are a blessing as well ,they are perfect with kids and they mean business , They make sure my kids are well taking care of ,they protect the children ,and they are structured that's what I need for my twins.

THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT'S BEST FOR YPUR KIDS. THEY KICKED MY 2 YR OLD SON OUT BECAUSE HE HAS SEIZURIES. I ASKESD ARE YOU CERTIFIED? SHE SAID NO AND THE TEACHERS DO NOT WANT TO GET TRAINING. They use your child's items on other children. They do not have enough staff per ratio of children. If a child gets hurt 75% of the time no one knows what happen or you are giving a unsure answer. There is also not a solid learning foundation. I have over and over asked them to not put diapers on my 3 year old potty trained son. Yet everyday he is coming home with a diaper(from someone's else child) because staff is too lazy to bring him to the bathroom or ask him to go. Half the teachers barely speak/understand English and the kids can not understand them.

They work with parents and are amazing at working with the children. My child learned how to write their name without reference while going here. The teachers and staff work with you and your family needs. Thank you Bright stars for providing excellent care. I don’t like that I have to bring my child to daycare, but I trust this preschool/childcare.

My son has been enrolled her for a little under a month now and I’ve already gone through losing two coats. One of which was never returned and replaces with another child’s coat. When I got upset about them losing the second coat the lady who is supposedly in charge has been rude to me ever since. Pawning my son off on other teachers. When speaking with a teacher that does “like me” she told me it was my responsibility to put my sons coat in his cubby. Who’s location has changed a total of three times. I’ve never received a tour of this place, never told what the kids do all day. Definitely
