Do not live here!! Only gave it one star because I could not give zero. Maintenance requests are ignored for months on end. Had to vacate the apartment early because of toxic mold in the HVAC system. The apartment tested positive for Aspergillus, Penicillium, Candida, and Alternaria. I have tested positive for mycotoxins in my body from the mold, and my health has suffered because of their negligence.
Now Chase Arbor has sent me to collects for $6000+ worth of charges with no explanation of what the charges are for.

This place is terrible. First they give me a lease that shows i would get prorated rent on move in day (which was today). I give them a check for that amount and am told I need to pay a full months rent today and next month would be prorated even though thats not what the lease they gave me said. Save yourself a lot of stress and never move here. The office rarely answers the phone. Emergency maintenance will take a few weeks to do anything. My fridge was not functioning on move in day and took two weeks to get anyone over here to fix it. It’s way to expensive for the poor quality of the apartment. My storage room door knob is reversed making it unusable until someone gets here to fix it. Never move here.

Worst place ever! The model is quite lovely but the unit you reeive is not at all up to standards. Our unit had missing apppliances, lights that won't work, mold and mildew in the bathroom, holes in the walls, patched walls in need of paint. It was a nightmare. They would not fix these items. There response was that the conditions do not make the apartment uninhabitable. We all deserve more than living in a barely inhabitale apartment when the rent is $2200 per month.

I've lived here for about 8 months and did not have issues for the first 5. But the last 3 months in the summer have been miserable. My AC system broke back in July and I constantly called to get it fixed, every time I did all I got was an excuse from the front office saying "The work order was printed should be completed today" but still no one has fixed my AC. I went in every day to complain about how hot it gets and still they have not properly fixed the AC. Its a shame because I had no issues living here until the last 3 months.

Terrible place to live. Same thing happened with us with the deposit. Everything gone when the apartment was spotless. We followed protocols to moving out, I gave our forwarding address. They said in the email our inspection wasn’t processed till august 18, 2021. Since I first moved in I have yet to get my doors trimmed and fixed. They came one day and they thought using tape and glue will fix everything.
HVAC area was so dusty, lent every where! All the outlet are upside down. Yesterday my AC STOPPED working! I called so many times! The office and the emergency maintenance. I put in work request and here the next day I have to see them. This place would have so much potential if they ARE UP TO DATE WITH MAINTENANCE!!! Don't even bother with them. I do not recommend at all! They barely answer the phone at the front office. This place is a nice location

Does anybody work at this place? Zero service and no accountability. They will charge you for service they should cover. Trying to get the military to put this place on the list to stay away. On the second day here I had roaches in the kitchen. I didn't have food in the apartment yet. They blamed the neighbors and charged me for pest control.

Worst living experience of my life… . Front office staff are absolutely terrible human beings. They will not answer your phone calls or emails. Kept my entire security deposit and charged me $26 extra despite leaving the place in perfect condition and having the place professionally cleaned.
Repairs took weeks, trash is EVERYWHERE at the complex (see attached pictures). At one point my neighbors had 6 bags of rotting diapers piled up outside their door and management did nothing.

I moved in a few weeks ago and I wish I had not signed that lease. First off, the apartment was filthy and evidently no routine maintenance is done here. Wood chips keep coming off the cabinets making the whole bathroom and kitchen dirty all the time. Toilet base is unstable, Washer/dryer was not connected at all ( white elephant), and a lot. I put in work orders and no one shows up. And the leasing office don’t even have the decency to answer phone calls or reply to emails I sent. By far, this is the worst apartment I have ever lived and will not recommend to anyone.

I did a short term lease at this location. The maintenance staff were excellent and helpful. The site manager and the practices around the deposit are the items that would have me say NO to this location. The manager is not helpful in problem resolution, explanation of business practices or responding to questions. I will say turning back over my apartment there was no walk through due to COVID - but they came up with a way to deduct all but $36.00 from my initial deposit of $500.00 It was a farce and when the manager said she had pictures - I asked to see them - was told no unless we go to

Absolutely DO NOT recommend investing your money into this place. Also, if you live in one of the units that sit on Independence, good luck! Insulation and windows are so terrible it sounds like there's always a window open. Parking is terrible, we have one parking spot that we are allowed to park in, even though there is two vehicles on the lease. Plus, don't be surprised if you get towed. Rinks of dog waste everywhere. and Inside of the apartments are not worth the money. Don't be fooled. You'd be better off buying a home. It would be cheaper and better investment.

I moved in today after I did all I could to prevent what people we're saying in the reviews, I tried to look at the apartment I was moving into, and I called them ahead to be sure the apartment would be ready in time. But I was still deceived, I was shown an apartment with wood floors and a fire place and got the complete opposite. No wood floors and no fireplace. My apartment was not ready like they said it was, it was disgusting there are clumps of hair everywhere and they didn't bother to wipe things down or even paint over things which is a health hazard especially with COVID happening

Not to mention idk how the water works because we were a family of 3 (wife, husband and a 1 year old) and our water was always 200+ which didn't make sense since a lot of months we weren't even there for the full months (army family). I know it's cheap but from the poor customer service .. if they are even available to give poor customer service. To the unsafe conditions your apartment may have it's not worth the stress.
