Chef Sharon believes that every meal must be cooked with the soul. Growing up in the old city of Jerusalem, the chef developed a sensitivity to the spices and aroma of the old-fashioned, Middle Eastern cooking of her mother and grandmother. Many claim to create home-made, old-fashion cooking, yet few truly deliver.

I just read one bad review here on yelp about Basilikum and immediately knew something was fishy with the story. It is not "they" it is "she", Sharon is the artist behind this company.
I come from Montreal and Sharon is a woman who was always open to ideas and was ready to work with us on anything. We tailored a menu with her that blended both the Mediterranean flavors as well as the culinary art from Montreal (as Anthony Bourdain would say the national heroes of food).
My guests said the food destroyed the one from Montreal weddings. People have been flooding my inbox about
