Alex Eaton has been a property manager and a real estate investor since 2005. With a background working with Fortune 500 companies, his goal at EIG Property Management has been to design and execute systems that maximize investment property income while maintaining excellent service for tenants and owners.
Prior to forming EIG Property Management, Alex worked as an Analyst for Accenture, Plc. In this capacity, he worked on consulting projects for Nextel, Dynegy, and Sprint. He also worked as Financial System Administrator at Target Corp. Alex received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin, and his M.B.A. in Finance from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.

Services
As a tenant, I really appreciate that EIG Property Management is always looking out for their tenants. EIG is good to rent from. They send emails with pertinent information to tenants, so you can stay informed. They also do a decent job of responding to maintenance requests, although I would recommend being very clear about your desired results with any requests you make.
By utilizing the screening process, EIG Property Management is attempting to prevent losses from future evictions, skips, delinquencies, damages, or other financial damage by uncovering an applicant's previous rental history. Screening will assist EIG Property Management in making rental decisions that are based on objective business qualifications and not illegal discriminatory reasons.
EIG Property Management uses systems, information, and people to provide high-quality services at competitive fees for tenants and property owners. We believe that some aspects of property management require highly customized treatment, and other aspects of property management require a process that can be implemented the same way every day, every week, or every month.

Mr, Sajjad answered the phone line very professional and friendly. I spoke with him shortly about an issue I had with the tenants portal. He patiently talked me through the question and helped me resolve the situation. There was no payment from a bank account. Which was good because it wasn't needed this time. I felt at ease and happy Mr, Sajjad was super and I appreciate his demeanor and would seek him out with any question believing that he would take the time to give great customer service. Thank you Sajjad.

Others might have a different experience with this company but I will share mine...
The apartments at County RD B E, Maplewood was managed by a different company. They had onsite staffs. You can easily go up to them and make resquests. The maintenance persons are onsite, they take care of apartment problems right away. The cleaning lady came and vacuum and mop the floor every week. The building is old, but I was satisfied with this service. Now, on to EIG....
Then a different entity bought these apartments and EIG became the manager for it. There are no onsite personnels. Everything has to go

I love coming into the office and seeing Laura's beautiful Colgate smile- she has been so great to rent from over the past several years. Nick my property manager is great. DJ the new field assistant is a fun addition to the team. Bummed to be moving out of my home, but looking forward to my new life adventures. Thank you.

Extremely poor quality apartments, especially the Arkwright St. Paul apartments. Apartments look nice on the inside but at night the rodents come out to play. Mice in the ceilings, walls, under the tub, and within cupboards. Management is aware of the infestation and attempts to use pest control to fix but unfortunately glue traps in every corner of an apartments is not attractive to myself nor my guests plus it never resolves the infestation. Heating units along the wall are filled with foam to keep mice from travelling between apartments- them ice have eaten though the foam and wall. See the

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I recently I had my floors replaced an they look amazing now! Lowell was so prompt letting me know when it would be done, him coming to take measurements was on top of it! Also he was so friendly with my puppy! Last but not least my floors were finished in less than 4hours! The only maintenance I trust truly is Lowell. Thanks again.

I live in the Twin Pines 966 building with my husband, and have for three years.
I love my apartment. the value Is great, and the maintenance team - Paul and Jose - are extremely responsive and professional. I enjoy it when they come over because they make me feel like my management team cares about my issues. I honestly think this is the best place I have lived in decades.

I love my apartment - the staff is responsive, the maintenance staff especially - both Jose and Paul are friendly, fast, and always get the job done efficiently, cheerfully and well.
It is a goood value in a great neighborhood. I have never loved an apartment more than this one, my wife and I consider this our home.

I was a tenant in 4825 Vera Cruz Crystal, MN in 2017-2018. Overall, the place was nice and clean, 1BR, lots of closet spaces. The online portal was easy to use and convenient. My communications with Alex Eaton were good. He seemed like a straightforward and nice guy. The maintenance team fixed issues quickly, however, at one point they were short staffed, so it took them a few weeks to fix my garage door. The staff in the office does not provide good customer service. My biggest complaint is their staff, Bonnie Barlage.
