I was born in South Korea, but spent my high school years in Paraguay before I came to Los Angeles to study graphic design. I currently live in South Pasadena, California, with my beautiful wife Jiyoon. We both went to Art Center College of Design and have been together ever since we met on the first day of college - she is my soulmate and best friend for life.
How do we book you for our wedding, or other photographic needs? Love to hire me? Just a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (normally 25%) are required to lock in my service. What type of gear do you use? I mainly shoot with pro-grade Canon gear to achieve the highest image quality. I currently use 5D Mark III bodies and L Series lenses.

I speak on behave of my husband and I when I say If I can give Andy 20 stars I would! Andy had all the qualities a couple look for in having flawless wedding (and engagement) photographs. He is very transparent, his rates/fees are laid out and itemized very clearly too.
To give you some insight about our wedding, I was a DIY bride and placed more on my plate than I could handle- our wedding had a few surprises and shows that had to be kept secret either from the groom or from specific family members and it was crucial that the wedding party, surprise props, and timeline, followed a certain order

My wife and I hired Andy (again) to do our family photos recently in November. We couldn't be more pleased! We have a large family of 9 and he did a GREAT job positioning each one of us just right which was very important to us so everyone looked relaxed and not stiff, uncomfortable, or awkward. We got some great shots of the whole family as well as individuals. He did the scouting for venue and made the whole process easy. We've used him twice now and we'll use him again!

My wife found Andy to photograph our wedding. He went above and beyond to make our day special and to capture the memories. He spent more time with us than we anticipated; from our first look, to the wedding, and our departure via Duffy boat to our hotel Andy was there. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. The pictures that he and his assistant took were amazing. He brought a great value and delivered with incredible photos. My husband and I hired Andy to photograph our wedding day, as well as our 'first look'. I had my heart set on beach photographs, but Andy advised against them due to harsh lighting conditions at the time we would be taking photos. I let him know I REALLY wanted beach photos and he agreed to do them, but also suggested we do our first look at a nearby park because the photos would come out better. I'm so glad Andy gave me honest feedback about what I wanted, because of course he was right! He even did the legwork to find a beautiful park near our home where we could take photos

We found this studio online 1 month before our wedding. What can I say? This photographer is amazing! We booked Andy for our wedding and I'm grateful to have had my life's moments captured by this brilliant man and his team ! He has worth every single cent! Andy has a very calm and kind presence that is perfect for putting his photography subjects at ease. He has such a passion with his talent and profession that working with him is a smooth and effortless experience.
He took beautiful photos of my son's first year celebration, with family, friends and he included shots of decorations and other details from the event that would have been lost in memory if it wasn't because of his detailed and creative eye.
