Rich was recommended to me by a friend, and I can see why he gets so much business from referrals. I worked with Rich to design and buy an engagement ring + diamond. Rich was super responsive and knowledgable throughout the process - it didn't feel like a sales transaction at all. My partner and I are extremely happy with the end product ! Couldn't recommend Rich more. He went above and beyond every expectation I had every step of the process. I don't generally don't write reviews, but since I found Diamonds SF on Yelp and was so happy with my experience there, I felt compelled... I visited many places and saw dozens of diamonds before I made an appointment to see Rich. I'm glad I did, because it allowed me to immediately realize that I was finally in the right place. I was shown exactly the stones I was looking for, they were clearly of the highest quality available, and best of all they were at better prices than I had encountered elsewhere. Rich is absolutely amazing at this. He made the process of buying a Diamond so easy. Looking and searching for the right diamond can be overwhelming and kinda scary. Rich's selection is stunning also. We looked for the right diamond for months until we found Rich and then couldn't make a decision only because he had so many beautiful diamonds to choose from.
