Just moved to the area. Had my wife call and speak with shop. She is from New York. Wanted brake work and A/C fixed. Quoted $1400 for new pads and rotors front and rear. Rear brakes still had over 50% life. Worked on A/C. Still doesn't work. Took to another shop.

Will be returning to ARE for any further auto needs. Took our Durango in for an AC problem - turned out to be an electrical problem. Start to finish, diagnostic to repair, (including ordering the necessary part,) was a week. Not only does our AC work now, but we're actually getting better gas mileage (than when we first got the car,) too.
Billy kept us updated throughout the whole process; friendly and professional and courteous, even when we were waffling.
I couldn't recommend ARE more highly.

My truck had an engine issue that multiple shops tried to troubleshoot, but to no avail and really didn't give me answers. ARE did a test the others didn't, they listened to my input and worked with me. In the end, the ultimate problem was not found, but I was given real word suggestions of next steps and the best course of action to take.
Although my truck wasn't fixed (at my choice not to chase a difficult to track issue), it was refreshing to get honest opinions. Plus, I got a nice stuffed hedgehog out of it!
