Absolutely incredible experience and I will be highly recommending Siegel Jewelers too all my friends. My first day there, I made it clear that I was looking for an education before buying my engagement ring and Riley spent about 45 minutes with me explaining all of the intricacies I needed to pay attention to in my research. I conducted some more research and went in to make the final purchase, made sure to coordinate so I could meet with Riley again, and she walked me through all the finalizing steps to make the purchase - She even offered me a celebratory beer after! Haha

Best jeweler in town! Family owned and operated in GR for many decades! Exceptional customer service and selection. I went in to browse engagement rings and was surprised that Siegel jewelers could accommodate evertything I was looking for, I ended up customizing an engagement band with a loose diamond that was beautiful. No pressure to sell me something I didn't want or know about. Riley was very knowledgeable in her diamonds and we worked together to pick the perfect one! I came to Siegel with a watch repair and was immediately greeted by staff when I entered. Even though they had stopped carrying the particular brand close to 20 years ago, they were able to find a replacement clasp that perfectly matches the original. I appreciated that they were totally upfront about the pricing, which was very reasonable. The repair was turned around incredibly quickly, and I am very happy to have my watch functional once again!

My experiences were positive ones. I brought in some jewelry for appraisal, cleaning and repair. Polly did an amazing job walking through the many options of what to do with the jewelry and answered questions patiently, even purchasing some pieces I no longer had use for. My kid has two rings that had gotten twisted out of shape, and we wanted to see if we could get them fixed professionally. They are just very inexpensive rings, but they fixed them within 5 minutes for us, and checked and cleaned my ring too, without charging us anything. Siegel's did an excellent job of resizing my wedding ring a few years ago, and my husband will be taking his ring in for resizing soon as well.

Siegel went above and beyond to help me creat a stunning ring for my wife. I had bought a loose diamond to upgrade my wife's engagement diamond as a surprise for our anniversary. I was adamant about making this a surprise. Keeping this from her was difficult and required a lot of sneaking around on my part. I ended up in a time crunch and decided the best way to gift her a wearable ring on our anniversary was to have the new stone set on a simple band, and we could have the new diamond fit to her current engagement band afterwards.

I've been a customer for over 20 years but my recent experiences have changed my mind from ever going to this location again. The main owner who is a Siegal but I don't know his first name, is condescending and snobbish. I've brought stuff in to sell before and although the things are real gold he's never interested- and ok that's fine it's his prerogative- however to lie about what I have is inexcusable. I brought a gold bracelet in to see if I could get any money for it and he flat out told me it was fake. Now my mom had gotten that bracelet from a wealth family

We first came to the Siegel jewelry store in Woodland Mall in December 1980. My husband bought me my first diamond pendant necklace from the senior Mr Siegel then. And for the past 32 years, every piece of fine jewelry I've ever owned was purchased at Siegel. I have learned so much about fine jewelries from the salespeople at Siegel. We ordered 18k yellow gold rings and they gave us rose gold rings.
We don't have much experience with jewelry so when we went to pick up our order of 18k yellow gold rings, we were assuming that they were handing us what we ordered. I was confused as they looked much more of a copper color. I then realized they didn't even closely match yellow gold on my engagement ring. Very glad that I realized something was off and then realized they were rose gold colored rings. We were able to return both immediately, but completely blown away that they didn't catch this obvious mistake of

I have my mother's old wedding ring. It had to be cut off of her finger years ago and it sat that way for about 15 years. No one has worn it really. The prongs in the setting were worn. It was in definite need of repair. I took it siegel jewelers and was very happy with the results. It looks like it was never cut in the first place. They sized it to the size I requested and it's been cleaned and the prongs have been fixed up. It looks great.

*Repair Technicians* This team is informed, friendly and quiet efficient! Their repair prices seem ultra reasonable too.
I had two pairs of earrings, and three rings get tarnished badly after a chemical exposure. I took them to a nation wide chain down the street who quoted me $275 to bring them back to glory. Walked into to Siegel's, the young lady showed me a $7.50 tool and taught me how to restore all but one of the items! The last one required a $25 repair. WHAT??? I really almost fell victim to a huge, unnecessary markup.
No question where I'll be going in the future for repairs

I was treated very well here when I took in a cheap necklace to be fixed. A ring needed closed and the chain was coming off. The gentleman that helped me warned me that it could break but he was going to try to fix it. He took it to the back and brought it back to me a few minutes later and it was fixed! When I asked what I owed them he said not to worry about it. I didn't give five stars because I haven't bought anything there and I had spoken to them on the phone but they had no idea I had called when I arrived

I brought in a gold filigree ring and sapphire to have the stone set in the ring.
The process only took a few days to complete and the quality of the set was excellent. The ring had a unique setting without prongs to hold the stone in place. Even so, they did a beautiful job setting the stone tightly.
The cost was also very reasonable. They even gave me a chocolate kiss with the ring. Plus, through Yelp, they have a $50 credit for $25, which took down the cost considerably.
I gave it to my (now) fiancée that weekend and she absolutely loved it. I will definitely be coming back for any future

I think it is a real testament to Siegel to follow up with me and it is very obvious to me that this matter has not been forgotten by them and, further, that they would still reach out to me to AGAIN try to make
