Our daughter’s wedding band which included inherited stones passed down from 4 generations was beautiful at first. In less than 3 weeks a stone fell out. Tim said it was her fault for snagging it on something and said, “well nothing’s perfect.” He refused to refund money or change the setting without added cost. He repaired the ring but the workmanship is so poor we will have it remade by a different jeweler. We had over looked the fact he misunderstood and used the wrong materials for the rings. But we couldn’t overlook the loss of the stone. Truly a costly and disappointing experience

Tim does great work. Don't be put off by the random location (behind where Mangiamo used to be in the Paddock Place mansion). We took a wedding band/engagement ring set here for a straightforward resizing job, made slightly more complicated by the fact that the rings are platinum. Tim quoted a fair price (less than others here in Grand Rapids), did an excellent job, and turned the rings around in less than a week. Highly recommended!
