Mark Ross promised me I would be the first to see a property the following Monday when I called him on Friday morning. I called him back on Monday morning to confirm that I would be able to see the place and he informed me that the unit had been shown and rented the previous Friday, after I had called. This is completely unprofessional. Take your rental money elsewhere, these people are operating a manipulative and dishonest business.

David was amazingly responsive to our inquiry into a rental apartment. He quickly adjusted his schedule to accommodate a virtual tour and was very thorough in showing us everything in the apartment and the basement area as well. He was honest and pointed out a couple of things in the unit that could have used improvement (which was in the works). I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to rent or put their unit on the market. They are fast, honest, and the process was professional.

David Schmidt, of DenCO Property Management, has been managing my rental property in the Washington Park area for 9 years. From the beginning he has accurately predicted how much rent we could likely expect, and has gotten my house rented for more than I anticipated. When our tenants move out, David gives me a call to discuss the perspective tenants that he finds and to get my approval. I always feel involved in my rental property, and don’t have to do the work I don’t want to. He does it much better than I would. Five years ago I discovered David Schmidt when I started buying income properties in Denver. I am a Realtor living in California and have personal knowledge of how to rate a property manager. On a scale of
1-10 Denco is a 12. We had a major fire in a five unit apartment and the contractor abandoned the rehab and we had to step in and finish the job. Without David's help the units would still be vacant. He provides timely, easy to follow accounting and the checks always come on or before the 10th. I wish all my property managers were as competent as David and Jennifer.

I hired DenCo to rent out my townhome. David came in and with the help of his handy man, prepared my house to be more rentable and garner more rent. They had my property rented in less than a week. Some issues arose after the renters moved in that I would not have known what to do had I been doing it myself. Denco has been professionally managing my property for over 4 years. My property was quickly rented after screening prospective tenants. They have quickly responded to any maintenance problems that have occurred; informing me of the problem and giving me options for repairs without over charging for repairs.
