Whenever I have an HVAC issue Eagle is the first place I call. Friendly, courteous, prompt service, and I never have a whiff of a concern about being overcharged or taken advantage of. Simply one of the best companies to deal with. If you're reading these reviews looking for an honest place then look no furthur because I recommend them 100%.
I have worked with Eagle for more than 10 years now. They've taken care of all my condos in Jacksboro and also many other real estate properties that I have. I am currently building a new vacation home, John and his team will complete the new install there as well. How many contractors will travel 2.5 hours to do a job.

What a wonderful team that put our heat & air in! Very polite and helpful; very informative and even cleaned up their mess! I felt very safe while they were in my home. I would highly recommend these guys.

Eagle HVAC&P provided great customer service at a great price. There was a delay in unit delivery but they were out to install the morning after it arrived. Will be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

Eagle installed a Trane HVAC Unit less than 4 years ago and the compressor blew up. As Eagle website stated "Sat-Sun Emergencies Only" so we called on Saturday (91 degree weather) when it broke down to make them aware husband is oxygen dependent. No one replied to my voice mail nor text messages. Called Monday, Ronnie arrived and confirmed a new compressor was needed with an unknown date of repair. Took it upon myself and contacted Trane for an expedited delivery and informed Brittany and Ronnie as to the instructions. Didn't have a clue if it was carried out or not. I also personally emailed John

Eagle is a first class HVAC provider. They were quick to respond to my inquiry. They provided great communication and delivered professional service. I had some concerns in regard to how the original HVAC had been run and how it was underpowered for the house after the previous owners had built on a major addition. They were able to provide three different solutions at three different price points and allowed us to choose which solution was right for us. The TRANE system they suggested is working exceptionally well and the new duct runs they needed to install are keeping our house very comfortable
