Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

Drakes Pond Team has been very responsive from Day one of my application and after the approval they were very helpful, all of them did their best to make my move-in easy and smooth.
Suzan was main point of contact and she helped us in several ways.
Tess was also very nice to deal with.

My wife and I moved in two weeks ago and I can say say for certain that we have never felt more at home. Our unit feels more like a house than an apartment. The community is fantastic, with friendly faces and lots of smiles. The office staff are super friendly and happy to answer all of your questions and help you in anyway they can. Maintenance has been very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Special shout out to Mike for helping my wife with our closet door. He came to change our blinds, but gladly helped her with the door since he was there. Thank you to all of the staff here at Drakes

I’m writing this review in hopes that potential renters consider the downsides of this complex. If you don’t mind limited amenities and you can handle putting in a maintenance request 2+ times a month, then this place will work.
I have lived here since August 2020. When I moved in, most machines at the gym were broken. I was told they would be fixed ASAP. It has been over a year and the gym has only gotten worse. Pictures attached to show that every machine is broken and equipment has gone missing.
The indoor pool & hot tub has been closed since June 24. When I call or email they tell me

I have been living in Drakes Pond for more than a year now, first I stayed in an upper crane and then in September this year I moved to a three-bed apartment. I thought loyalty counts, but not in Drakes Pond.
The apartment we recently moved into, wasn’t ready for moving in. Starting from the carpet that is super dirty, has shedding problem and mostly importantly has protruding nails, we complained about so many other things (e.g., broken fridge, broken window screen, loose bathroom railings, loose door locks etc.). It has been almost 2 months, but the carpet problem has not been solved. Even

I have lived at the Drake's Pond Apartments and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The maintenance staff is prompt and extremely professional at fixing issues. Helpful, kind, and wonderful are three words that I would choose to describe the office staff. One of the managers named Susan truly cares about the tenants. She knows quite a few by their first name. I could go on and on but I'll wrap this review up. Hope to see you here at the beautiful, friendly Drake's Pond Apartments.

If you're looking for a place to live where your maintenance requests will take forever to be fixed and you're okay not having AC for the hottest month of the year, Drakes pond would be an excellent choice.
I have lived at Drakes Pond almost a year and a half now. This July my AC went out. It has been nearly a month now, and the issue is still not fixed. There are not a lot of options to help with airflow in the space, so opening the patio door or window and using a fan does very little to reduce the heat. For the 3 weeks in July that the AC was out it averaged 90 degrees in my apartment. I

I love living here! My apartment was spotless upon move in and they were able to get me in on the exact date I wanted to move in which was seriously such a huge help. Maintenance is so quick and efficient, the amenities are great too. And it's very nice and quiet and feels very safe! Which is huge for me personally. Susan and Tess in the office are gems, they help with whatever I need.
