This is the absolute most disgusting place to live in Kalamazoo. The staff are very unprofessional and they write their own 5 star reviews on this disgusting place. The only honest reviews are the 1 stars. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Although the low rent may seem tempting, all the actual apartments are disgusting. My apartment was supposed to be furnished and they gave me no furniture. When I moved in, I had to go to the leasing office and DEMAND a bedframe, because I didn’t have one. After two months, they still never gave me anything. Don’t even get me started on the disgusting smell. Overall just

Great staff. Maintenance is quick and thorough. Free cable and internet. This is a quiet complex with security that really isn't needed. Walking distance to grocery stores.

I have to say that my favorite thing about The Wyatt apartments is their location. They are a short drive from anything on west main or stadium, as well as school for many students. Whenever I go into the office, I’m greeted with smiling faces and always attended to quickly. They have been doing fun giveaways and things for the holidays! My friends and I enjoyed the pool and the volleyball court when it was warm. The fitness center is a decent size, with the only downside being it has hours. The Wyatt’s also have a great option to be able to have it furnished, and most of the furniture is comparable

The wyatt has excellent space to spend time with family and friends! Townhome premiums are the best🙌🏽 completely recommended 💯.

I have lived here for 3 years now , and I can honestly say I have seen a lot of improvement from the wyatt and management. They have made a lot of positive movement in all aspects of this community

Heaping garbage in dumpsters outside tenants windows. Window broken, work order placed. Nothing done but excuses. Exterior lighting out, work orders placed. More excuses. Tenants had to clean their own apartments. More excuses. Violation of lease, health and safety of tenants, while paying thousands of dollars to live there is against the law. "We are looking into it", contractors are backed up, walking off job excuses NOT acceptable. Terminate lease, refund cleaning fees, or ensure tenants are taken care. Legal action seems to be the next step, as management is failing this community. Unacceptable

Although the apartments may need a little TLC, I put a lot of effort into creating a space that feels like home. The lease gives you room to really make the space your own by allowing you to paint and hang items on the walls. Once I moved all of my things in and began decorating it felt like a completely new space than before. On top of that, the staff in the office are really friendly and are more than willing to help with concerns.

I love living at The Wyatt! The leasing office is sooo nice every time I go up and grab a package and the maintenance team is very quick to fix my issues.
Me and my roommates are renewing for another year because how much we love it here.

I do not recommend anyone to live at The Wyatt. My daughter has lived there for about a year and it has been one issue after another - stuff not working, never getting fixed, them lying to her about things, the time a maintenance man walked into her bedroom without even a knock. The place was FILTHY when she moved in and they did nothing about it. Now she just found out that a man is moving into her apartment tonight or tomorrow. No prior notification. How is this okay?

Repeatedly I've made maintenance request, to which they've responded "resolved", yet nothing has ever been fixed. Their demo unit looked new within a year or two, while my bedroom is easily out of a 30 year old building, and my room was never inspected or cleaned when I moved in. When I asked about early termination, they said they don't do it (and it says so in their lease, stupid me). Gonna be my worst apartment experience yet.

If you can avoid this place please do ! I just moved in and the room wasn’t clean or even inspected! I went to the office to get this solved and they don’t care. It’s almost a week later and I’ve heard nothing

Maintenance is terrible. Focused more on watering the front lawns than repairing the pothole fill parking lot. It took calling the fire marshall to get their attention regarding a gaping hole in our ceiling and the fact we didn't have a fire alarm in the common area. Didn't get one until a month before we moved out.
$222.12 in trumped up damage… charges for the couch that was already destroyed when I moved in. Never requested a key change, still got charged for that. Any alleged paint damage was the shoddy job they did repairing the hole in the ceiling. No one seems to be willing to talk

Don’t live here. The place is a mess. Tons of potholes, bugs in the apartment no matter how clean you keep it. We moved in and it wasn’t clean at all from the previous tenants. The floors are absolutely disgusting. Walls are not painted the same white color. No hot water upon move in. The “state of the art gym” has broken equipment 99% of the time. The pool is gross, always debris in it and sometimes looks green. Just don’t live here, period.

Everything is dirty, moldy, stained, and broken. Susie (the gm) is very rude and condescending. Office construction was supposed to be done in May 2018 and was still fully under construction April 2019!? The… hot tub had only cold water and was very dirty. Black mold in our pots and pans cabinet was never dealt with no matter how many times we asked. Read any of these reviews and avoid living here at all cost.

Over charging people to stay at a run down apartment. Hit you with hidden fees and other bs chargers. Not worth the money At ALL. If your looking for a nice quiet place this is NOT it. My car got egged and they didn’t do anything about. Multiple times vehicles have been broken into and nothing was done about it. They are always in your business but can’t seem to handle theirs. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Let me start off by saying this, the one thing The Wyatt Student Living is good at is creating a fake environment. Everything that I have experienced in the last 4 months has been horrible. Starting off with… the roommate issues. We had a roommate that was causing major problems within the apartment and we went to the office. They opted to try to get us to work it out, Ok that’s fine. We meet with the office, however said roommate causing problems did not attend and proceeded to hide in her BEDROOM. This resulted in The Wyatt stating that there was nothing they could do about it, even
