When I knew I needed to sell my condo, I also know I wanted to stay in the same area. I found Marcell Ridge apartments and my prayers were answered. I went in on a whim because I was told there were no vacancies at that time. I spoke to Dawn and her kindness and friendliness seal the deal. I wanted to live here. I told her that I would wait for an opening and (again power of prayer) I was in within a week. Never saw the apartment but sign on anyway. When I realized which apartment, it was perfect for me. I love living here. Then other renters are great but most of all it is Dawn and her staff that

I am on my third lease with Marcell Ridge. While my fiance and I are planning to build a home, we decided there was no better place to be but here. Great layout, full size washer and dryer, a single car garage with an opener and reasonable rent. The staff is wonderful and any issues that require repairs etc are taken care of quickly. The location is perfect with shopping and services nearby. Quiet and well kept.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. If you ever need a repair or have any type of issue, they are on it right away. It’s clean as can be and they take great care of the snow and ice. And the manager, Dawn is so kind and courteous. It’s quiet and beautiful here. I would highly recommend this place😊😊😊😊

We loved living here while were building our house. The lay out is spacious and the environment is peaceful and laid back. Their service is amazing and their office manager is so nice to work with. Our office manager went above and beyond to help us when we needed her. The location and amenities were perfect for our families needs. This was my first experience living in an apartment and definitely recommend Marcell Ridge Apartments.

We lived here for a couple of years. The maintenance team is fantastic! They respond quickly, are very respectful, and always did a quality repair. The manager, Dawn, is wonderful, responds quickly, and is very sweet. It's also pretty rare to hear neighbors owhich was nice as I've heard that many of the new apartments have thin walls.
The only reason I took off a star is because I wish they had an area for kids to play (playground, basketball court, sand box... Anything). We're a family who loves being outside and would have loved some sort of outdoor activity there.

We have lived at Marcell Ridge for a number of years. There are so many wonderful things about this place!
- Spacious apartments that are quiet
- Friendly and respectable tenants
- Beautiful views (if you get a woods facing apartment)
- Huge 1 stall garages allow for a car and plenty of storage
- Maintenance is SO FAST! They are very responsive to any issues we've had over the years. They've had to replace a number of our appliances and there was basically no wait between complaint, review, and new install.
- Management is pretty respectful that these are our homes. They aren't popping in

We’re looking to move to Michigan in the next month and I came across Marcell Ridge. While their apartments look nice and the price is within our range, I felt it was still necessary to point out the inhumane policy for cats to be in the apartment. Our 2 cats are well trained on scratching, and I don’t think it should be required of an apartment complex to say anyone has to get their animals bones cut off. It’s a silly rule. Maybe that it how their pet deposit is so low? But I’d prefer to pay a larger deposit/pay for carpet damage for an apartment then do that permanent damage to our cats
