Services
The application fee is $45 per lease holder and guarantor. Minors do not pay application fees. We only accept certified funds for application fees and security deposits. When you apply online, you will pay at the very end of your application. The first primary applicant pays the application fees for the other applicants or co-signers, so please plan accordingly!
If you wish to change your e-mail address you'll need to login with your old account and change it in the Resident Portal. If your e-mail address is different than the one you applied with, let us know and we can update it for you. If you set yourself up for auto-pay, navigate through your resident account to the payments section, you should see a recurring payment section and you can cancel or edit it there.

I have just signed my lease for the third year at Autumn Ridge, and I am very happy with my experience living and renting here! The office staff is always super friendly when I call or have to stop into the office, and maintenance is prompt and helpful. Admin and community communication is always clear and timely. If I could give this zero stars, I would. Neighbors are really loud. The apartment is freaking small even for a two bed room. Can hardly fit a queen size bed and a dresser in larger bedroom. The AC is in one bedroom. It is really loud and doesn't travel to the rest of the apartment. The diamond package is a joke! They put a fake back splash in the kitchen which is already peeling within a month of moving in. The living room is tiny and doesn't have much closet space. If you take the time out of your day to make an appointment with the leasing agent or manager I promise you will have a great experience. They have been very helpful in my renewal process and I know I can always call with my questions. Home’s are very cozy, and bedrooms are a good size. Pretty decent price for a two bedroom seeing as the market is crazy at the moment!

Autumn Ridge has horrible management. I experienced a lot of discrimination. I lived there for 7 months in a biracial relationship. I had security at my door often, police, charges for things I did not do. Do not recommend, also very overpriced and poorly constructed. Cabinets were crooked and loose, closet doors always fell off the hinges, heat hardly works, and the apartment was not cleaned on my move in date. Found eyelashes in the bathroom cabinet, and blood on the door.
