Searched for Hotel online. Stated it was recently renovated, offered continental breakfast, was clean and friendly. 1st room we got had no heat. Called front desk and they said they would send someone up. Waited a half hour and finally went to desk. Acted like we never called. Got a new room. Room ok. Hair dryer doesn't work. Woke up to go have bkfst. They don't offer it. Clearly stated on website. Also, they had a hotel full of kids and parents and let them run wild all over hotel. Screaming, yelling, running up and down hallways. Throwing furniture cushions. Did nothing about it

Extremely disappointed in customer service and in particular managements response to claims. I have been trying to get in touch with management for weeks and have not received any response. Will not be giving any business to them in the future as they are unresponsive and have not answered my emails after the manager told me everything was all set with changing me stay date yet won't respond. They have not refunded me for my stay either and I paid a decent sum. I'll be staying anywhere in Falmouth besides this place.

My girlfriend and I booked a last-minute vacation at the Falmouth Inn after finding it online. It is an older motel, I would guess built in the 1960s. However, it is apparent that the current owners have made an investment in updating the rooms.
The furniture was new, as were the beds, which were very comfortable, topped with new, full pillows. The walls were freshly painted in contemporary colors. The bathroom had a new vanity with a granite countertop and a new tile floor. The air conditioning worked great, and the window opened for fresh air, which is an increasing rarity at hotels.

Don't waste your time. Hurricane Henri was coming through and on a direct path to hit New England and the Falmouth Town Manager encouraged all visitors and residents to shelter in place for the weekend. Manager at Falmouth Inn would not compromise to me canceling my room and instead told me to drive down in a hurricane. He was rude and didn't care about my family dying. As a person who has stayed all over the Northeast, I have never seen worse service. Do not waste your money on this Inn!

Falmouth Inn was not a Great experience very noisy and the parking was terrible, I complaint to the front office about not having enough parking because there were a Lot of college kids that were VERY rude and they could not give me a answer. For the money I paid for this hotel they should of been able to accommodate me. They did not clean my room , when I question them on it, they showed me this small signed that I had to requested it because of Covid-19. They should of posted some signs in the room to let us know. I will NOT be staying in this Hotel again. They catered to college kids .

Came in very late, very friendly check in staff. Very thin walls. I heard everything outside my room. Room was for the most part clean i kept finding long black hairs and I'm very blonde myself... Towels and my bedspread had long black hairs on them. Wouldn't be my first choices to stay on the cape... Not very cape cod or new england charming theme. My company tells me where to go for rooms.

Went there on July 4. What a mistake. Came back after visiting family and the parking lot was packed with kids partying. No social distancing. No masks. No empty parking spaces either. Double parked and hopped over the vomit in the parking lot to get to my stairwell and then had to walk by kids partying in the hallway. Must have been some sort of beach week or something. No masks. No social distancing. No hotel people in sight. Just not a good situation. This place is perfect if you don't care about Covid and don't want to wear a mask. Ended up driving four hours home. This place is BEYOND SHADY!! My confirmation amt was $342. 1 nite of $150.80 was charged to my card. Then they charged $231.27 to another card, which is MORE than my confirmation. THEN, after I left, I was checking my credit card online & they CHARGED ME ANOTHER $100.00 WITHOUT my knowledge OR authorization!!
We had do not disturb sign on door, that DIDN'T stop them from knocking on our door!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT as well as OWNERS!! BEWARE of FALSE CHARGES AFTER YOU CHECK OUT!!

I would give zero stars if I could.
Stayed there for 3 nights, sheets never got changed they just made the bed. That place is sooo loud. Employees were literally talking and laughing at 7 am in the morning in front of our room. 3 people knocked at the door to clean the room while we were sleeping and that was between 7:30am-9am.
I was on vacation and I'm there to relax I don't wanna get up at 7 am so you can clean the room!!!
Definitely don't recommend!!

Pros: Clean rooms (newly renovated), great location (close proximity to MV ferries, Main Street shopping areas), good amenities (pool, ice machine, continental breakfast).
Cons: Stairs (if you stay on the second floor), loud/inconsistent air conditioning (noisy, keeps turning on and off and makes noises every time)
Overall, considering price and location, I think it's ok.

This place came thru for us in a clutch! No frills, but clean and comfortable. Check in process was smooth. Only issue was the room smelled a little stuffy when we first arrived. The a/c and a candle fixed that. Bathroom was nice and bright and CLEAN. I'll admit, I was nervous at first... But once we walked in the room, we were like... Okay... This is good.
Definitely a good find.

This was the closest hotel with availability to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard. I would have given this place 4 stars. However, the water pressure in our room wasn't that great and (the big one), the milk provided at breakfast was spoiled. The milk was stored in a large carafe and when I had some with cereal, it was disgustingly sour. I brought this to the attention of the girl (Russian, I think) working there. She opened the carafe and we both smelled and agreed it was bad. I probably saved many guests from becoming ill. Any negligence which could make us ill, automatically drops

Don't get scared off by the terrible reviews. This place has been renovated and is just amazing. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend for just $110 a night.

Rooms: Clean, brand new furniture with microwave, TV, full length mirror, hair dryer, iron and fridge. The bathroom was spotless.

Location: 6-7 minute walk to the Martha's Vineyard ferry!! This is such a blessing because you don't have to pay for parking at the dock. Moreover, the hotel is a 2 minute drive from a cute downtown area with several restaurants and shops.

Breakfast: could be improved by adding a waffle machine

This was my worst motel stay ever - staff didn't care about anything, rooms dirty and old, smelled like mildew, was not informed that there was a construction project underway, not enough plugs in room, an electrical cord was along the hallway and out the door being cut by the metal door, this could have electrified the whole door ,major hazard
Continental Breakfast was a joke - no fruit in the empty basket, no sugar for coffee, trash barrel overflowing - no attendant
We paid full price to be in a construction zone. No apology given
