An inviting alternative to contemporary hotels, our inn is a unique part of the Falmouth community, offering a glimpse of authentic Cape Cod life, past and present. At ShoreWay Acres, guests will find authenticity in our historic surroundings, in our hospitable staff and in our other guests.
Our family-owned and managed Inn began with nine rooms and two bathrooms in our Worthington House, an historic sea captain's home built in 1806, and bombarded eight times by the British in the War of 1812.Purchased by the Dineen family in 1959, it was the beginning of a decades-long preservation project on one of Falmouth's oldest and most historic streets.

While the summer months have long been the usual choice for weddings, a growing number of couples are drawn to the romance, uniqueness and practicality of fall, winter, and spring weddings. ShoreWay Acres is a unique wedding site, offering couples many special and well-priced options from November through early June that are seldom available on the Cape during other times of the year.
One of the things we hear most frequently from our first-time visitors is that they wish they had more time to enjoy the myriad of activities, sights, attractions, and special events in Falmouth, Cape Cod and the Islands. They are often quite surprised to discover all of our charming villages, towns, and islands and how much there is to do in each one of them!

I am giving two stars based on the pricing of this hotel and the quality of the rooms. We paid $300 a night for a room, and while I understand it’s a busy time of the year, and this is a family owned business who just got out of the pandemic, $300 for the room we had was completely overpriced. When we arrived, I asked why I was given a room with two full beds instead of a queen bed, and the response was that the queen beds were in antique rooms that were all sold out. I’m not sure why I was booked for a queen room. The bathroom tub was horrendous (rust, dirty and paint falling off) so I did

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Staff was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. The room had multiple bugs in it, had stains everywhere, and the WiFi that was advertised did not work. When I booked, the free breakfast was advertised prominently on the site. However, they did not offer the breakfast and when I asked they said it was “COVID related” but the restrictions in the entire state have been fully lifted. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

This place is cozy and cute, outside offers such a relaxing and romantic feel, not only do they have an outdoor and indoor pool but they have a fire pit and multiple couples swings outside of the rooms. The man at the front desk was super nice and accommodating! The room was Clean and cozy. I would definitely return and book again!
