Having opened numerous Chinese restaurants in the heart of Chinatown, Manhattan, the late Randall Sr. moved to Levittown, PA to further spread his legacy. Hong Luck Restaurant first opened its doors in late February of 1977, and to this day, Hong Luck still prides itself in being a family operated business and its traditional Chinese cuisine and homemade dishes.

Hong Luck offers a wide range of Chinese and Asian fare including Cantonese, Hunan, Szechuan, and Polynesian styles. We are a restaurant and tiki bar lounge that will gladly accommodate small and large parties. We have a separated, large party room for private events of up to 60 people that is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc.

Service was as expected especially with one person for everyone, won ton soup was delicious the zombie drink would turn you into one if you drink to many ( watch your step when leaving as the stoop is slopped ) dinner tasted good but to much fat for my liking ( in the hunan beef) vegetables were delicious as well. Restrooms clean and updated and apparently so is there new computer system. Enjoy!

Great little place, definitely a boozy vibe but its a rare mesh with the Hawaiian theme. Foods good and I appreciate the pufferfish lights. I didn't hear any Jimmy Buffett and I don't think there was a jukebox good play guys.

Food and service was excellent. The portions were good, our food was served hot and was delicious. Our server was very attentive and provided us with water refills without having to ask. The atmosphere was nice and restaurant was clean we will definitely be returning!!

I would have given 3.5 stars but no half stars so rounded it up. For a Hawaiian/Chinese this is what I would expect. I guess I am use to my local Chinese spot and tasted different than I wanted. It is worth a trip to say you had Chinese in a tiki hut drinking a zombie.

This has always been my favorite Chinese place but they’ve been going downhill since getting a new cook. Their food is no longer spicy or flavorful, just bland. Please bring back the flavor Hong Luck. Amazing atmosphere though.

Don't judge a book by it's cover! The food and service were terrific! They just have this odd Chinese/ tiki bar thing going on and the place is outdated but who cares you're there to eat. They make sure your glass is never empty and that the fried noodles are always full. I got the sesame chicken combo that came with an egg drop soup that was really good. The food came out fast and tasted super fresh. The fried rice didn't need anything, it was very flavorful and tasty. The chicken was crispy with actual chicken in it not gristle like so many other places. Boneless spare ribs were also delicious

The best Chinese food I've ever had in PA! I had to go back the next night to get another order of general tso's. They've got an amazing bar and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Will definitely be coming back!

One of the best Chinese restaurants (the best?) I've ever been to. Great food, both more typical Chinese food, we well as more imaginative dishes. Nice little tiki bar with good drinks. Service is quick and friendly and prices are fair. Definitely check this place out!!

I have been coming to this place for 38 years now. the food was delicious then and its delicious now. our server was fantastic. we drove up from Florida to eat here and as usual. it was perfection. thank you for 38yrs of great food and service.

Went to Hong luck last night for the first time and was blown away. First and foremost the bar menu… wow. If you like tropical type mixed drinks this is the bar for you, I tried 3/4 of the bar menu. Their food was delicious. I think hands down the best Chinese food I've had. Michelle made the whole experience even better. She was friendly and made us feel welcome! We will be back for sure.

The food is delicious. We ordered 2 plates of food and shared it amongst the 3 of us and we were full. The atmosphere was wonderful, loved the blowfish lights. The waiter was sure to make sure we were well hydrated by asking us if we wanted something to drink multiple times. They even provided a candle with ice cream for my dads birthday. And the fortune cookies are great. Love this place.

Whenever I eat Chinese food i usually eat the chicken wings. The chicken wings made in this restaurant was so well done that I wanted to celebrate by shooting fireworks outside with appreciation. It was that serious. Their food is worth buying for sure. Don't sleep on these guys.

We recently tried Hong luck for the first time and we will definitely be back! The dumplings were amazing and the Sue’s chicken was possibly the best thing I’ve ever eaten! Very friendly staff as well!
