Made with a combination of rocky road ice cream, Oreo pieces, and milk all blended together for a great taste and we top it all of with whipped cream and a cherry! Large and fluffy omelettes, cooked to order with choice of hash Browns or country potatoes. Chicken tenders, onion rings, fried zucchini, fried pickles, tater tots and mozzarella sticks.

The food was bleh at least, both of our burgers left us feeling gross and bloated even though we ate half of each. The "fries" are just crunchy tater tots and the onion rings lack any form of seasoning. Everything here felt like it would make an old trucker happy, but it's not our cup of tea. If you like fatty, wholesome, fill your belly with god knows everything, the portions are large and the food suffices, but I don't think I'll be going back. Service was good for the situation though.

We have been wanting to try the Hamburger Factory for some time...so we finally did, and we were so very pleased.
First off, we were seated and the host (sorry I missed your name) greeted us and presented each of us homemade scarfs. So awesome!!
The food was all delicious, and was both well portioned and priced well. Like the decor, very homey.
Kevin, who seemed to be doing a lot, took excellent care of us. Very personable, like an old friend.
We look forward to returning and exploring the menu more!

Wonderful staff and amazing food. This has been a business my family has gone to for years. I got a Cobb salad and a sampler. Also, their ice cream sundae is delicious. My husband got the ohren burger and he said it was incredible. If you are not a big eater I strongly advise you to share a plate as their servings are large. It's also a great for large family gatherings and the staff is very accommodating.

The portions are good and I like the fact that you can order most burgers at either 1/4 pound (like my wife and daughter like) or 1/2 pound which is what I like to order. The variety of hamburgers was nice, however, I am a simple man and so a simple burger is all I want, and they delivered. Cooked medium rare (at my request) and it was good. I'm not going to say it was great because I've had better, but for the money, it was good. Their steak fries are really good too.

This place took me back! Everything felt so western with such great Decor that reminded me of classic saloon style restaurant. Greeted at the door and seating promptly by the lovely staff. Drink order was quick and the rest is just history! Amazing menu with kid friendly selections, my niece loved her burger and she's definitely picky. Budget friendly place too, so if your just around the corner watching family play softball at Aubrey Park like we were, drop in support them, best burgers in town...Great job can't wait to be back for a burger...and softball!

Can I say wow?!? I have never been here nor have I ever heard of this place. When shopping today in Poway with my mom, she said she was craving a hamburger. So I looked up places and stumbled across this place. Becca was our server. She was absolutely AMAZING!! Told us the history, and how this place came about. Her service was impeccable! The food was delicious! Fast, amazing service, with excellent food is hard to find these days. Thank you hamburger factory!!
