Bob and Riccardo of the A Pro team came out and completed my home inspection. They were on time, cordial and extremely thorough finding things that were potentially extremely costly for us. We hired this company to do a pre-purchase inspection of a property we were buying. They sent out Bob who was on-time, (actually early), and completely prepared. He did a complete and thorough inspection of the home, and all its various systems. He tested everything, and pointed out problems, or potential problems My wife really liked that he was very personable, and did his best to explain things to her in a non-technical manner. He didn't uncover anything serious, but we felt the inspection was well worth the time and money, especially since it includes a complete, hardbound report for future

Scheduling was quick and easy, which was a big deal because of the tight turnaround time required by the seller. My boyfriend and I are in the construction industry and have experience with inspectors that know less than we do (which is frustrating when you are paying for a service); however, Ray was professional, knowledgeable and personable. As first time home buyers, we were nervous about the inspection process. However, Ray was very helpful! He wanted me to follow him around and ask questions. He went through an example report with me to show me how it was set up. We received the initial report the next morning, with a revised one coming two days later with results from our radon test.
