At Grassano Properties, our mission is to provide high-quality homes to our valued residents with world-class customer service while creating a sense of community. Grassano Properties has been managing multi-family communities for 30 years and counting. Currently, Grassano Properties owns and manages nearly a dozen apartment communities along with three commercial office spaces combined in Lubbock and Beaumont, Texas.

I was going to avoid leaving a review because I had few positive things to say about Waterside Village but my partner and I just got a call today that the company sent us to collections after making NO attempt to contact us. We signed the lease without being able to see the place in person because of COVID (I was in CA and my partner in OK) and moved in at the beginning of August 2020. We closed on a house in April 2021 and started moving out slowly around May, once the semester was over. What is heaven on earth ? Everyone’s answer would be different except for those living at Grassano properties. We believe we found a little piece of heaven right here at oakridge apts . From a state of the art gym to a dip in the luxury pool that makes you feel as if you sun bathing on the islands of Fiji . They go above and beyond all covid guidelines to keep us all safe . Looking for a place to rent, please look the other way for your own sake! In 5 yrs time, I watched Oakridge Apartments go down in quality of management, maintenance, and crime and theft. On the other side of things, they’ve gone up on rent, and will do everything they can to keep from returning as much of your deposit back to you!
I lived in many Apartments, especially in the 79424 area, and never experienced the rudeness, and being treated like a convict as oppose to a tenant! I always paid on time, ALWAYS, and cleaned this place just as good or better. I’m lucky I got a few dollars back

I recently worked for Grassano as maintenance as well as performed skilled labor repairing over 20 leaking ceilings and countless holes in the wall for the lowest pay rate in Texas. I was noticing on my check stubs that I was working well over 94 hours every two weeks and wasnt receiving any over time pay. After confronting management about and getting no solution I contacted Texas Payroll Commission for help and was immediately FIRED by Renee the maintenance supervisor; which is illegal termination. On top of being fired I was given a 3 day notice to vacate my apt at the Landing at Pinewood apts

My husband and I have lived here at Lynnwood Townhomes in Lubbock, TX for two years and we move out in two months.THANK GOD!
When we first moved in property management, maintenance, and even our neighbors were great! We had the best first year.
This year, under new management, it seems the property has gone down completely. We had drug dealer neighbors( the police found drug paraphernalia, the windows were shot out, and were even searching for the neighbor tenants, their car had the windshield and windows busted out and tires slashed) they were just evicted a couple months ago. RENTER BEWARE! Hamlet Townhomes Beaumont TX After being hear a number of years and experiencing changes at this complex it's truly sad that the office handle's them shelves extremely unprofessional from the way they speak to you to the wording in correspondence very rude along with corporate as well The office workers are hardly there until close. The water bill is extremely high at times it's higher then your light bill. If other units have leaks you pay the price literally. They don't give notice when maintenance will be arriving only times you are aware is when Pest Control will be coming

I must say I am not impressed with this company as my daughter lives in the Lynnwood complex in Lubbock. This month she received an eviction notice because they say they didnt receive last months payment, but low and behold after speaking to Laurie and I believe Donna at the property, so it was their mistake. I asked why they would not give them a 1st notice for a 1st time and I was told by both that hey have 418 tenants and dont have time to contact each one and they use the eviction notice as a SCARE tactic.
