Great place to live and pet friendly! The complex is super close to campus and also to the restaurants/night life so it’s super convenient. Very affordable too!

This place is disgusting. Since the day my boyfriend have moved in he has seen cochroaches every where he gone in the apartment. There's time he afraid to even sleep in his own bed because of them. There's so many time where cochroaches are in the drains. We had them gas the place 4 month ago Then they come in twice to spray down the place. We even informed them high chance it could be from another apartment unit but it seems like they didn't bother to go check them. We were recently outa town for 10 days and come back to find 8 to 10 cochroaches every were in the main part of the apartment unit

This is a great place to live at! The clubhouse having a 24/7 fitness center is really convenient. I also love the basketball court and private study rooms. The staff is great, and extremely helpful. I recommend choosing the Scarlet for people looking at apartments for next year!

Julio M. Is very dependable at getting work orders done in a timely manner. He walks us step by step with what he’s working on, so we can stay in the loop and know what’s going on, and we appreciate that. He is always very professional, respectful and helpful!

This is a great property to live at! Everything is nice, clean, and well kept up with. Any time I have had trouble with maintenance, Julio M. responds quickly and gets the job done. It is nice to live in a place where you know things will get done correctly and the staff truly cares about the property!

The property is well kept and units are well maintained. If I do ever have any issues Julio M in maintenance always makes sure to properly handle the situation and fix what ever I need in a timely manner! The staff is helpful and kind.

The price is good and location is convenient, I love having the restaurants and stores so close.
The staff is nice especially the maintenance man Julio. He is very friendly and takes care of things quickly which is very much appreciated.
I definitely recommend it here.

The leasing and lease renewal process was very smooth and easy. I am usually nervous about things like that but the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Most of the process is done online which is also very convenient.

I am so looking forward to living at the Scarlet in the Fall! The signing/leasing process was so smooth and easy, very stress-free! Walk-in tours were also offered and very nice! The employees at the Scarlet are all so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend the Scarlet!

The Scarlet has great management, great staff, and great amenities. Living spaces are large and maintenance is quick and effective. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment near Texas Tech.

I love living at the Scarlet, they offer many opportunities to make friends and have really good food. If there is ever an issue they do their best to fix it in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend The Scarlet!

The Scarlet is very great place to live! They offer amazing amenities, such as, a pool, a gym, and a coffee station! Not to mention it is within walking distance from campus, can’t say enough good things about living here!
