Our TTU apartments offer a relaxing home environment where students can unwind from the day to day college experience. Our community is comprised of beautifully styled two- and four-bedroom homes. When you walk into one of our apartments, you will be greeted by wood style flooring throughout the common space, while plush carpeting can be found in each of the bedrooms.
In our apartments, every bedroom features a private bathroom, for added convenience. All of our apartment homes come fully furnished, so moving in will be a breeze. Our living rooms feature 55 Smart TVs, our kitchens feature designer cabinets and solid surface countertops, and every home comes with a washer and dryer.

At Park East Student Apartments, we understand that our residents work hard. We strive to provide a community that allows our residents to come home, relax, and just have fun. We offer numerous amenities to help students unwind and enjoy their college experience. In addition to all of our apartments being furnished, we also offer a valet trash service.
There are a lot of factors to consider when choosing a student apartment community, so we've listed answers to some of our more commonly asked questions in order to assist you in your decision making process. While we are located just minutes from TTU, our community is privately owned and offers twelve-month leases as well as a roommate-matching program.

I originally signed at Park East for their amenities. They had so many for me and my friends. When I moved in, there was a minor issue and the office was quick to help me resolve it. Their apartments are really spacious for my dog and the dog park is a nice addition for nice days. Overall, I recommend living at Park East. From what I've experienced, they're the best bang for your buck in Lubbock.

Park East is a very friendly environment. The staff is super helpful. They also have Valet Trash which is one of the many things I love about living here. When packages arrive you are able to get them throughout all hours of the day with a code. Also they have tanning which is a big bonus. The community is also super open and they like to interact with the residents and introduce them to one another through events such as s’mores, karaoke, trivia and games. I truly love living here.

Wow! Thank you for the exceptional service and genuine caring. With the unknowns, stress and pressure of your kid going off to college for the first time it was an unexpected pleasure and relief to run across Jaimini at Park East. She was professional, accommodating and went above and beyond to help resolve our situation quickly. Short handed, with the semester just starting you can imagine the chaos. She took the time, paid attention and provided a solution in a timely manner.

Park East is a great place to live at!!! They go above and beyond to plan some of the best events in the Off-Campus Student housing community!! The staff at the office also answered all my questions and work orders in a timely manner. Great proximity to campus! Looking forward to a positive semester!

Park east is the best place to live if you have pets. They have 2 enclosed dog parks which are really convenient. Inside the apartment are more unique looking than surrounding communities. They have nicer appliances and a really unique clean modern layout. Me and my roommates have lived here for all our college years. We love the maintenance crew as well, they also go above and beyond for us!

This is my first year living here and I've had nothing but a great experience! Management responds promptly and all of the workers are nice and made the move- in process smooth. My apartment is in great condition and was better than expected. They're very active with all of the residents and are definitely the best housing I've had here in Lubbock!

The apartment experience is nice, no complaints about my room. The bills are as expected with an "all bills paid" business model. The only thing I'm on the hook for besides rent is electric and the prices seem fair. My only complaint is that the hallways have been nasty since the day I moved in but that's no big deal really. As far as everything I goes I am getting what I am paying for. Capitalism at it's finest, good job Park East.

Park East Student Living is such a great environment whether your looking to stay home and study or lounge around at the pool or fire pit. The staff is so welcoming! They also have fun events like pool parties and Karaoke nights for residents to meet new people which is super fun! Not to mention sometimes there is food in the lobby(: 10/10 recommended!

The front desk staff is amazing and always very sweet. My lease at my prior apartment only went through until July and I needed to be able to do an early move in and Park East was the only student housing apartment I found that was able to secure me a room, though I did have to pay a fee, which I was completely okay with. They have been very responsive and the events the apartment does are always fun! I really enjoy this apartment and so glad I chose this one!

Park East is one of the best apartments I have ever lived at. Their maintenance team is very kind and fast-paced. We had a problem with our refrigerator and after everything that they tried failed, they gave us a new refrigerator! The staff who works at the front desk could not be more understanding. I received a package that needed to refrigerated and since I was not able to come and get it right away they held it in their refrigerator for me! I have never experienced a staff this understanding. The apartment is also amazing and so nice. There were very few things that needed to be fixed when

The location of this apartment complex is convenient but that is the only good thing about it.
The inside hallways are always dirty and have bad smells. The parking situation is not ideal. The parking garage is really far from building 1 which causes most residents in building 1 to park on the street which puts our cars at risk for a break-in. The pool is always loud and will sometimes have parties until late at night when the office management did not even notify me or anyone else about it.
The management here is not looking to work with student residents and can be threatening to these students
