WORST PLACE TO LIVE! We lived here for about 7months and went ALL THE HOT SUMMER WITH NO A/C!! Even after putting multiple work orders in and going in to the office to speak to the manager and staff they did not care to fix any issue, not even because I had my 3year old living in my home, they were extremely unprofessional and put us in unlivable conditions, this should be illegal!!!!! so much that I had to personally look for another place to live, I was even removed as a roommate and they are still charging me ridiculous fees and what not, overall please don't waste your time or money!!

I didn't even get past the application process before I just said forget this place, the staff first off is rude and I didn't even see this woman. I go 2 days in a row to look at an apartment and drop off ny application fee, to show up no one there and someone driving off. I texted her and she replied later saying I'm by myself today and and I took my hour lunch, I feel like of you KNEW you had an appointment at a certain time, why would go ahead and leave for an hour? Professionally if I knew I was working by myself I would've ordered food in, we have the resources. Then I go back the nest morning

I don’t think I’ve been able to take a shower without turning off the water to my toilet since I have lived here. And haven’t had a working ac or heater in 3+ months now. Never got my broken dish washer fixed since I’ve been here. But I don’t keep dishes in my sink at all, considering that my water pressure in my kitchen is so low. Not even much of a get what u pay for situation either, I would take my money elsewhere and will be doing so ASAP. Thanks Boston creek😁

The neighborhood is trash. The staff is rude. They send out eviction notices if your two days late on rent no matter how long you've lived there, no matter how covid has affected you and no matter if you've never been late or missed any other payment. They are literally the worst to deal with. The actual apartment is falling apart and the floors are so uneven there is no seal around the door so air and dirt and bugs can just come and go as they please. I've never had a worst experience.

We went in to look at an apartment and the first thing the lady tells us is to put on a mask very rudely when the manager herself wasn’t even wearing a mask and then we asked to look at the apartment that we came to look at and she said that we couldn’t look at it because it was still under remodel when we called a couple days before and they said that we certainly could look at it so I told her OK well can I talk to your manager so we talk to the manager and it turns out that she just didn’t want to do her job and we certainly could see the apartment. I would recommend getting a new front

I've only been here for a couple of weeks but so far I've loved every minute of it. If anything goes wrong, maintenance has been able to be at my place within hours. The staff has been so kind and friendly. The weekends can be a little noisy, but there are families here, so that completely makes sense. As a college student and an instructor, I've found the neighborhood, safe, peaceful, and overall a great place to call home.

Great people here and the apartment is what you get. The prices aren't outrageous or anything. The workers actually care about the people. It's really just the people that live in the apartment that might make it not a pleasant place to live. But that is anywhere you go! I rate this apartment 5 stars because for the price here it's perfect!

Absolute worst place to live.
I have been a resident for the past two years. During this time I have kept an account of all the issues this establishment has put me as well as its other residents through.
I am a responsible resident who has never been late on any payments. I have lived here while concluding my Masters degree program and will be moving out in one month.
Cons:
1) When moving out the lease states that the apartment should be cleaned adequately. What they leave out, is that they will in fact higher a cleaning company and charge the resident whether or not the individual left

I wish i could give this place no stars. This was my first and last apartment. The space was so small and not worth the rent we were paying for it. We had countless problems with the office losing our payments. I have very specific checks you cant miss them but they managed to misplace them several times. Our water would constantly get shut off for maintenance issues/repairs with no notice or any idea when it would be back on. We made several complaints about noise from the people below us and nothing was ever done about it. We weren't planning on staying after the lease was up but were let
