Pendo Karate students learn that the practice of Karate and Martial Arts functions as a means for personal growth and self-reliance. Our dedicated instructors are trained to teach a safe and ethical program and create a healthy relationship throughout the kwoon - the family of the Dojo. Pendo students find greater meaning in their academic subjects in school, and how their lessons apply to their lives in and out of the Dojo.
Kinder Karate objectives provide students instruction in Self-Discipline, Concentration, Control, Teamwork, Balance, Memory, and Fitness. Our Youth Classes coordinate Martial Art with learning and growing for a lifetime of achievement, fulfillment and excellent health. Our Teen program is safe, exciting, and effective in meeting our mission and goals of providing real world knowledge of self-defense and self-reliance.

Services
Adult students are taught the aforementioned, with the addition of Tai Chi Chuan and Wing Chun. Pendo Karate uses the following belt progression system: White, Blue (Kinder Karate students only), Yellow, Orange, Green, Purple, Brown, Senior Brown, Black. Yes, students are allowed a free trial class to see if they enjoy it and to give parents a chance to understand more about our program.

Our son has being going to Pendo Karate for 9 years and this program has made an incredible impact on his life. The teachers and students have become like family to him and he is thriving. In regards to the instructors, they are everything you could hope for: patient, kind, tough, high energy, encouraging and enthusiastic. They seem to have mastered the balance of pushing each student to reach their own individual potential in a supportive but professional environment. As soon as you meet the owner Nick, you will understand why the program is so successful. I'd give 6 stars if I could. ðŸ‘ðŸ¥
