My Daca permit was filed on time but never came in. Every time I logged into the website I would get the run around. After 7 months I started getting desperate and decided I needed to act. I came to Empire law and Jonathan took care of everything. He wrote a letter to congress to get me a response. I was updated every step of the process by the office. I was referred to Empire Law because I was seeking assistance on renewing my permanent residence and removing conditions. I had ran into some issues at the border and was doubtful about my situation. I highly Recommend hiring Jonathan for any legal issues you have! I reached out to him to consult on an old DUI charge I still had pending. He was very upfront with me about what I should expect, which I really appreciated. Although I was nervous Jonathan was reassuring and helped make sure I understood what I need/ed to do. He was also one of the most affordable lawyers I spoke with, his rate was almost half of what some other had quoted me. We found Jonathan Mendoza through Yelp, and he was the third and last attorney we sat down with when we were shopping for lawyers. Our case relates to Immigration law and it's a difficult case since we received a letter of intend to deny from USCIS. Even the attorney helped us to write the explanation to USCIS didn't want to deal with my case and found a reason to refuse taking my husband and I case.

Jonathan Mendoza of Empire Law had promised to achieve a few results from my criminal / immigration proceedings, which he did not. He was unresponsive to my requests for help, and failed to supply necessary documents on time. His charges are excessive for the incompetent services Empire Law provides to their clients.
