Brett's home inspection was unbelievably thorough. Our report was 90 pages, illustrated by photographs that help me understand and remember what issues the house has, and they will also be useful if I contract out the repairs. A day or two after supplying the report, Brett took the time for a phone call to answer my many questions. And he's personable, too! Whenever I need another home inspection, Brett will be the one to do it, and I am recommending him to all of my friends (or anyone else reading this) moving to the Tucson, Arizona, area. Brett is awesome. He explains everything to the point that you are able to understand and not be pretentious. He is willing to talk to you about the good and bad of your potential investment and even show you. He lets you ask as many questions as you like and answers everything. Brett even reached out to see if I had any more questions or if I was confused about anything on the report. Brett is THE BEST! I met Brett at our home inspection and was impressed from the minute I met him. He was on time, thorough and explained everything that would be in his report. When we got the inspection report there were no surprises. My husband was not able to be at the inspection and Brett welcomed his phone call and the many questions my husband had. I don't do reviews..but wanted to say I have used Brett twice and I was so impressed with him I had to leave a review. He takes the time to explain everything and however long the job takes to do, he's willing to do it without cutting any corners..he is not only funny and kind but extremely thorough and very honest. I am a veteran and he gave me a veteran's discount, as he too is a veteran.. in a world where customer service is extremely pathetic or non-existent I think it's only right to give a shout out to those few out there who still to a excellent job. I'm not one to compliment very often

Brett is professional, thorough, energetic, hardworking and kind. We have used him for a couple commercial ventures and the seller real estate agents were surprised at how detail-oriented and thorough he is. He takes quite a bit of time at the property and explains in great detail so that the layperson can understand. It was super helpful that he takes online payment, he was happy to facetime with us during pandemic which was helpful. He certainly goes above and beyond.
