If you are trying to pay your monthly rent on the 1st the invoice will be available on the 1st after 5:30. All tenants must obtain and maintain "Business General Liability Coverage" (herein referred to as "COI") and submit said proof to Landlord, per the Lease Agreement. Tenant's duly executed Certificate of Insurance shall be delivered to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of each respective policy term.

Moved up to a small warehouse with a regulation height dock. Great prices with a one year lease at first. The location in Atlanta and space was big enough to accommodate my business. My next lease was for three years. Nice space no issues at all. Maintenance issues were addressed within one day and taken care of. Everyone I had interacted with at Newburger-Andes were helpful. I'd suggest anyone needing warehouse space not to hesitant and use these skilled and knowledgeable people. Thank you

I would like to thank the Newburger-Andes staff for taking care of my cooling system issue. The contractors were very professional, respectful and very caring of my space. I'm completely satisfied with the service and I commend them for a job well done. Be in the salon business it very important to have a cool environment during the summer months. My husband wanted to open a business but he is not very "computer savvy" so I helped him look for space and I worked with a leasing agent name Venessa back in February. She kept of well informed on what we would need to start the leasing process. We took a month too long to decide and the space was leased to someone else :(

Leased small retail space in Sandy Springs about a year ago. Decent foot traffic, but most of our business is referral. John showed me several properties in the ATL, was patient, efficient with the paperwork, professional. Lease was easy to understand, and the price per square very reasonable and within budget. A number of my neighbors have been in their spaces for many years. No real complaints here.
