We are living in this apartment from last 5 years. It is a great community. All the neighbors are so nice. Very safe for kids to play in play ground. I think 4 years ago the management was little less interactive but then Blair came. She was amazing but she left and now Horacio is Manager. He is very friendly person , try to listen and solve every problem. Periz is outstanding man. He is the best, very patient and so good with his work. If you ask him to fix one problem he will do it and always smiling. If you are looking for a clean and safe peaceful home, this is the right place. We love it here

This is a hidden gem!
Amazing resident manager - Horacio!
Very helpful maintenance guy - Paris. Always responsive.
I moved in Aug 20' and moved out July 21'. I moved out only because I wanted to move to different city.
Pros:
-New appliances (in select appts atleast)
-Friendly neighbors
-Affordable rent and value for money (pool, on-site laundry, promotions)
-Close to Lucid/Facebook/Amazon/Starbucks/Safeway
-Friendly resident manager - cant say more amazing things about Horacio!
Cons:
-Nothing particular to the community itself, just that there is nothing nearby in terms of good restaurants

I am so grateful for the responsiveness and level of support from Horacio. Jimmy helped answer all of my questions when I picked up my keys. I am looking forward to calling my new apartment home for a long time thanks to the attentiveness of the staff.

I recently moved into the neighborhood and overall had a very easy move in process. The new property manager is very reasonable and accessible. I am in a 1b 1b and it is just what I was looking for. No issues with the apartment and neighbors are friendly.

I was rent this apartment but I wasn't like the new management she so mint different with the old management and the old manager name is Christin ,she so friendly and helpful.After they changed management
the price for every year they increase about $200 and the new manager is discrimination .
I don't recommend this apartment ,manager not friendly at all.

I hate to rate anyone this low.. I loved the area.. it is safe but all my dissatisfaction is pointed to the apt office.. i dont want to name anyone but she is very unpleasant to deal with and a very RUDE person. Even though it is an older apartment their maintenance is good because of dwayne.. he is hardworking professional.. my stay would have been better if i didnt have to deal with that one person in apt office..
