Good and well maintained Community. Very professional staff and had great experience staying here.
We love to stay in Ardenwood my daughter loves it.....
We enjoyed walking around in the community in the evenings and at night. It's quite safe. Thank you to all the staff for being so good to us and keeping the community working well.

These apartments are right between 2 elementary schools and playgrounds and has lots of families. It is very safe and the management is easygoing and easy to work with. I’ve never had problems with neighbors or management and the apartments are really nice. There’s a Costco, Safeway, and good food really close by. Awesome place for families.

Currently a resident and I was attacked and bit by a dog while taking out my recycling. The children who owned the dog had it on a leash and were playing in the recyling and breaking glass. The leash didn't prevent the dog from lunging at my knee which has resulted in scaring. I called the office repeatedly and sent an email stating that I wanted to speak with management but was never contacted. About two months passed then I was told by an office member that my email was received because everyone in the office heard about it and I was told that it had been resolved. It's not resolved. It's a very nice, safe, clean complex. Very family oriented so there are children around but with schools closed it's understandable. Maintenance and front office staff have been very nice and accommodating. We never encountered any of comments from the bad reviews here. The staff has always been ready to help.
We are sad to be leaving but would definitely recommend living here, you'll feel safe and taken care of throughout the process.

We spent two lovely years at this community. It's a nice place to live with or without your family. Overall it is peaceful and safe and I think that is all that one needs from a community. Of the late there had been complains about kids making a lot of noise and playing on the streets unsupervised. Hopefully that would change as schools open up. Before moving in we saw several reviews of poor maintenance services, but luckily we did not face any such issue. All our maintenance requests were tend to within 24 business hours. We enjoyed walking around in the community in the evenings and at night

We have lived at Ardenwood since 2016. We are minutes away from the bridge and the highway but far enough away that the area is quiet and peaceful away from the busy and noise. The complex is maintained regularly and employees exercise social distance protocols to maintain tenant safety. We’ve worked with Lena Rose since the day we toured the complex and she’s been excellent. Every time we have a question about our lease or building or need anything, she’s always there with a smile, great conversation, and a solution. This community is a great community and we enjoy living here.

I lived in this Ardenwood Forest Rental Condominiums from 2013 October to 2018 November (5 Year 1 month) and returned back to the same community from 2020 March.
This is a great community to raise a family! Kids will get good friends to play with and it's safe as the community is gated.
For any repairs and fixes, maintenance guys will be at your door in couple of hours.
Good schools which high rating (American High, Thornton Junior, Forest Park Elementary.
The management office is super responsive. Lena Rose has especially been helpful with all my requests.

I had a wonderful time living at Ardenwood Forest. This community was extremely beautiful, very safe and well kept. The office staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly all the time. Lena Rose especially has always been very prompt in responding to any questions i had or in any maintenance help. Their self service resident portal was very helpful and the service issues were responded to very quickly. Overall, i would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an elegant, peaceful and well organized stay
