We have been in Heritage Village ever since we came to the US from India. It is almost over 5 years now, that this is our home. This is a wonderful apartment and is very well taken care of. The maintenance team does an amazing job and are ever ready to help. The community is wonderful and we have always had awesome neighbors!! Memories of staying in this apartment are very close to my heart and will be cherished.

If you are looking for some peaceful, relaxed to call it home this is not the place, we have learned it hard way.
We have been through very bad time in here and don’t want you guys to go through same.. One of my neighbor told the manager here before was good all good reviews are from then or manager has asked people to write one as favor. The manager now acts like dictator she can do anything she wants she doesn’t care about anyone.She likes to show her power to renters. I tried to contact higher management to complain them but looks like they are very relaxed and doesn’t want to bother

Outstanding location in Fremont, but the structural integrity of these apartments are questionable. Soundproofing is almost non-existent and if you live on the ground floor you can hear very clearly people walking up the stairs or moving around in their homes.
Management is sub-par compared to other properties nearby. Would NOT recommend.

After seeing multiple properties i finalised on Heritage Village apts and there was great support system from office staff - Julio & Tiffany they went of there way to help me and i had recently migrated to US and they patiently helped me setting-up basics for leasing, gas & electricity connection with references for wifi. The apartments are well… maintained, spacious and have all basics for long term rental. The society is well maintained and has all facilities like gym, swimming pool, concierge services. The location is convenient with near by schools, fremont hub for shopping grocery

We have been living in Heritage Village since past few years. Generally it has been great to stay here , however over last few months thing started degrading. We had challenges around upkeep and maintenance. However once Megan and Mary had took over as managers, things changed a lot. They bought Will aboard who is the maintenance manager. He is swift to resolve issues. We had an issue which was pending since 6 months. He was able to get that fixed in under 3 days. I always had a positive view of Heritage village but it was starting to tarnish since last couple of months. However the team Megan
