I’d like to first compliment the staff. I spent a lot of time looking around inquiring about apartments for my brother in Fremont. It’s such a daunting task to look for new apartments, let alone for someone else.
I called first thing in the morning and I was greeted by a pleasant person named Crystal. I had way too many questions and she had all my answers. She was so patient and kind, and even gave me some pointers on what to look for in a good apartment.
The walk through was nice. Nice flooring and appliances, good space for the price (compared to most places in the Bay). The greenery is

I more than enjoyed my time at the Countrywood Apartment complex. I rented on of their remodeled units and the space was well thought out with great appliances and a nice layout for a 1 bedroom. The office staff were very friendly and always took care of anything that came up. Overall I can't recommend Countrywood enough. Great complex with great amenities.

Worst place to live in. They raise your rent for no reason. Charge triple for water garbage and electricity. The staff are uncooperative and not helpful in the slightest when a problem arises, for the price you pay. You might as well buy a home and get a mortgage because they are charging an arm and a leg just for renting.
From $1200 1 bed 1 bath to $1500 raised in a years time. + Water garbage and electricity is $1700 a month.

I lived here for 2 years honestly the worst place to live in fremont, your better off at pathfinder the staff is just rude with no since of decorum,James the maintenance does anything but his job rather he thinks he job is to be in everyone business just dont live here its truly not worth it.
