We were with Jardin homes for 3 years and loved Yvonne. She was always helpful, extremely nice and professional and always responded with anything that needed fixing in a timely manner. When our lease was up we wanted a larger home but did not want to change landlords because we trusted Yvonne and liked the way she managed her properties. Thankfully she had a wonderful home available that we rented. Unfortunately the property owners decided to sell the home after us being there for one year. We were very sad to have to move but more sad to have to go with another property manager that is sadly

I was under this property management for 6 years. Yvonne was very helpful and was quick to reply if an issue were to arise with the unit. There was a period where I was laid off from my management position due to company wide lay-offs, and she was able to contact the owner of the property and made arrangements to allow me to make payments. She was always fair and understanding. I definitely recommend renting from Jardin Homes, Inc.

After moving out and leaving the house clean we were charged a "cleaning fee" for crumbs on the cabinets. their approach is very rude when trying to find information, it is our money and I don't feel they should take a bad attitude towards us wanting to know about our 750 deposit. Never again renting from them!
