Melissa Gorham founded her Real Estate Firm, Revolution Realty, LLC in 2012. She has been in the real estate and construction industries for over 12 years. Melissa prides herself in bringing a very unique perspective to the real estate industry in Southern New Mexico. She has a degree in Civil Engineering from NMSU, LEED accreditation from USGBC, experience in land development, and holds her GB-98 General Contractor License.
Revolution Realty does business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act. All occupants over the age of 18 must qualify. All non-dependent leaseholders or non-dependent occupants of legal age must fill out an application and are considered to be applicants. Each applicant must complete an application in its entirety and all information provided must be true, accurate and complete, as well as verifiable.

NO NO NO. This company will waste your time like they did mine. Revolution Realty LLC in Las Cruces is HORRIBLE and treated me like I was nothing. Do NOT make the same MISTAKE that I did. I can't believe this company is even in business. I'm guessing the other reviews they have are from friends or family because the BAD SERVICE I received indicates this company shouldn't even be operating because they offer NO VALUE to a customer. RIDICULOUSLY BAD SERVICE.

Saw two places, the first one I was told several applications were submitted. The second place I was told I would be the first one to see it and I would have been the first one to apply if I liked it. When I go there the manager was running late to the appointment, I loved the second place and she told me that there was someone who applied already and they were gonna give it to her. She told me there was another unit that would open up in 3 days and I would get first pick. I submitted my application and didn’t hear back from them. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Revolution Realty LLC in Las Cruces. They treated me like I didn’t even matter and wasted so much of my time it’s unbelievable. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t see how companies like this can remain in business for long. Do yourself a favor if you’ve been responsible enough to read these reviews and move on to the next company, for real.
